Fantastic experience: *****Nr wymondham *****, excellent clean gym,the staff are approachable as they spend time on the floor speaking to the clients, if you ask they are happy to explain/show how to operate the machines and different techniques to hit your goals. Classes are always popular especially the spin classes.. great staff plenty of motivation and lots of knowledge between the workers!

Positive experience: Good equipment, not enough when is busy and small space between workout machines. Overall good experience

Negative experience: Why are 24/7 Gym littering our town of Watton and several other towns with their illegal Fly Posting. They have been warned by Breckland District Council not to and yet they keep on. I run a small business and if every business / company did what they are doing it would look an utter mess. Fly posting is illegal and you have been warned by BDC. Why can't you rely on recommendations by your present members as apposed to littering our town. Your policy of Illegal Fly Posting is pathetic, which shows what a rubbish company you must be.

Positive experience: Basic equipment and all the time freezing cold inside! I went the other day and it was showing 15° degrees! That is unacceptable!

Fantastic experience: I’ve been a member of NR Wymondham since it first opened 6 years ago. The staff are fantastic and always go out of their way to help any way they can. Since the re-fit much of the equipment has been updated not to mention a fantastic new mezzanine studio which offers a much improved class schedule. Well done team for keeping me motivated!

Fantastic experience: I have used this gym since it first opened and can easily say it’s the best around Wymondham. Have also trained at the Dereham and Attleborough NR gyms which are both just as good. Great atmosphere, friendly staff, clean environment and quality equipment with plenty to go around. Anyone looking to join a gym around the Wymondham area I wouldn’t even bother to look anywhere else than here and as a bonus it is also the cheapest.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been going to NR wymondham for 6 years and love it. The best thing for me are the staff as they are very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable .

Positive experience: Gym looks much better after refurbishment. However, in my opinion, it needs more machines for legs. Upstairs, the prowler track is too short. Maybe it can be moved downstairs OR add another LONGER prowler track downstairs. I am glad to see less cardio machines downstairs, as it looked too cluttered by them.

Fantastic experience: Have been going for a few months now at Wymondham and they are fantastic, great atmosphere staff afe friendly, polite and you can have a laugh with them. They are even helping me after a bad accident (resulting in surgery to fix broken bones) to get strength back in my legs and arms and to lose weight with out pushing me too much. Highly recommended going to them.

Fantastic experience: First time going to the gym for years and I actually look forward to going. A lot of different equipment, machines and classes which are included in monthly gym price, which is affordable. And the gym is always so clean. The main thing for me is that the staff are so friendly and make you feel at home. This has made me feel confident enough to go to the gym alone without my partner. One thing I think they could improve is a wall divider in the changing rooms near the door, because when the door opens you can see straight it at the benches where you would get changed ect. :)

Positive experience: I have recently joined this gym and so far found it to be excellent. The staff have been super helpful by listening to me and setting me up a plan of action designed for me to meet my goals. The equipment is plentiful, varied and well maintained. They have chilled water on tap and plenty of sanitizer and paper to wipe down equipment after use. My only grumble is that the music is much too loud - I understand that many like a good beat to work along with but sometimes the volume is a bit much for me. Apart from that minor quibble, a very positive experience.

Fantastic experience: Friendly staff, good variation of training equipment. All types of characters training here, from those attending popular spinning classes, to crossfit, to heavy free weights. All ages, shapes and sizes attending, even in the boxing classes with ex European light heavyweight champion Danny Mckintosh. A friendly and professional setup. Thank you.
