Negative experience: As an avid goer to Anytime Fitness Gym accross the world, we decided to come to AF Euston to try the gym out. So a simple question of ‘Hi can you help me, i got problem with my locker’ and the answer i got was ‘sorry im busy with my engineer, you have to figure it out yourself’ was just rude and utterly nonsense. After second attempt to ask for help, the same answers we got, so we decided to figure it out. So after trying to figure it out, finally the manager came & have the balls to say ‘stop vandalising’ well if you just come and help us in the first place, we wont try to figure it out our way then would we ale uto! So thank you very much AF Euston, AF Kensington is way better. Terima Kasih Daun Keladi, Lain Kali Memang Tak Datang Lagi.

Negative experience: The staff are wonderful and I love my PT - ask for Martin, if you decide to come here - but over the last year the standards of cleanliness have gone down the drain. The owners are extremely slow to fix showers and toilets, which means the facilities are often simply not up to a usable standard.

Fantastic experience: I would highly recommend this gym for the following reasons: 1. It’s 24 hours access so it fits with whatever your schedule is 2. The facility itself is brand new. That means great equipment, toilets, showers, etc. Everything is extremely clean & aesthetically pleasing 3. The staff is extremely welcoming and helpful. They greet you warmly every time you come in and if you’ve got questions or problems they always listen and help you out 4. Depending on your preferred time to train it’s usually relatively calm so there’s no need to worry about waiting to use equipment or feeling crowded or creeped on Overall, I’d highly recommend. 10/10

Positive experience: Its a great gym. Never had to queue for anything and nice and clean. However, I was on a month to month, and they would not let me change to a 6 month contract when I needed to leave London and use a different branch. Ended up paying for a full month I could not use, and bitterly took out a contract anyway.

Positive experience: This is not a bad gym. It has everything you need. It can be a great gym!! However, it feels 'forgotten'. The aircon doesn't seem to work properly, WiFi is non-existent, staff not too interested. Stands with cleaning wipes are empty.. It can do with a good clean. Definitely not very clean. Will make a world of a difference if a hoover is used once in a while. Not same standard as other anytime fitness branches.

Negative experience: i was signed up to this gym by Rahul (one of the gym owners) before i signed up to this gym i was told that you had internet services air conditioning and equipment that you can log your work out on when i was there i noticed the aircon was not on the day i signed up rahul turned on the aircon and said if its too hot for you tell a member of staff and we’ll turn it up /on i thought cool sounds good so i signed up . for the last two years ive been battling with management about the aircon its in a basement there is one aircon unit by the cardio section which is not enough management and staff are doing their best they are great but it’s clear to me the owners are ignoring staff and paying members of the gym and i’ve been told now its policy now ? the treadmills do not log your work out because the internet is non existent again since i joined two years ago ive been gaslighted oh yh we getting a new line in why have all this expensive equipment that connects to wifi logs your work out when you don’t have the basic service (internet) to be able to work ? why have a aircon unit if your not going to use it for what’s it’s for ? to keep cool when your working out ? the treadmills for 7 months kept running into the wall smashing up the electric sockets the amount of times every day before and during the work out i would have to physically drag the treadmill back to position myself to stop it smashing into the electric sockets some of which have been smashed all because the owners won’t service the equipment? management have notified owners about the problems at the gym and nothing gets done for months i mean the internet for two years not working? and now recently the aircon is broken and management can’t do anything without the go ahead of the owners !?!? you owners have a huge problem you have feed back from your members which you chooses to ignore you have 3 other gyms in the area which cost more than 50% less than yours who are offering the same service but they have working wifi and working aircon so ask yourselves this what makes your gym worth the price ? because your selling it as an all sing all dancing gym but none of it works ? its a gift for members to give you feed back this gym could be a 10/10 but leaving it how it is members are gonna leave i left once before because of the treadmills running into the wall when it was fixed i came back the amount of emails you send for feed back which i fill out and get no where basically i found out the only way to speak with owners is to post a review what kind of business model is that ? blast you on a review when it can just be resolved in house ? silly! the dust comming out from aircon u can taste it needs a service and the fact i’ve had to keep complaining all the time is exasperating i’m not asking for a red carpet im asking for basics to be cool when working out in a basement gym which air gets heavy and hard to breath and internet so the equipment can function all this for 2 years !! this is the final try i will be leaving if this is not resolved listen to your members and listen to your staff or they’re be no gym left to run when everyone leaves let the manager manage and if not then at least make yourselves accessible to contact gas lighted for two years on all this ive had enough even was told the treadmills have tv well one of them does the others arnt connected coz they were smashed when the treadmills kept running into them make it work ! members are getting fed up showers flooding mould on foot stand it’s disgusting owners think members don’t speak to eachother and complain vending machine takes your money and doesn’t give item rotten wood in all showers floor comming up lino comming up all cornered off water leaking through tiles been like that for 2 months lockers broken 2 members literally had a fit complaining about the mess of the gym we all spoke about it the owners don’t do anything i feel so sorry for the staff here trying to hold it together they’re amazing

Negative experience: Manager doesn’t like criticism and is dismissive. Found out that people are sleeping in the gym, and paid extra to rent a locker as I got tired of going in to find most of the lockers locked despite gym being empty. Dust on top of TVs and water markes on taps and drinking fountain after alleged cleaner have being in. Shower room door don't lock properly and time been in and cleaning stations bin over flowing and wipes empty. Say on door staff times but no staff and lift was broken for more than 2 months mean a partially sighted person had to come down the stairs with help of carer. 1 set of dumbells for each weight hardly any heavy plates. Squat racks sinking in floor and liquid chalk on bars which added to everytime someone uses it. Gym was good when joined but got worse with each new manager and sales team which in the year i was a memeber there had been 4 managers and can't say how many sales staff. Current sales staff don't seem to know how to anything or help and refer any issues to manager. They never seem to respond to emails. Gym full of day passer who don't care about the gym and alot of memebers have been seen using other gym in the area so retention of memebers seems to be bad

Convenient near the tube station, pleasant and great atmosphere ,always clean and tidy. The people working there are very friendly and helpful. But Rob always greets you with exceptional service.

Negative experience: Predatory practices with trying to extract as much money from you as possible. I have signed up and have made the payment, and not once did I attend the gym or have even collected the keys for access, due to an injury. However, I am still forced to pay the full amount of the contract balance even if I cancel, which is ridiculous since I have not even collected the keys. They threaten to pass your info to a credit agency, and they constantly message you from different phone numbers demanding payment. Customer support is useless and they basically tell you to pay up even if you cancel.

Fantastic experience: Main gym was kilburn anytime fitness but after trying different gyms, anytime fitness Euston is a great place to train with good equipments, i transferred right away and never look back!. The staff are very helpful and knowledgeable and always ready to help. Adam the manager had been very helpful towards my training and goal and very informative which yeld great results from the advice his given me. Definitely will recommend to family and friends.

Fantastic experience: Originally from the kilburn gym but started recently going to Euston anytime as well as Swiss and Ladbroke Grove branch. After seeing the atmosphere and overall care of the gym I've started going there more frequently, better equipment and friendly staff certainly contribute to a better workout. Keep it up Euston got a gem of a Manger.

Positive experience: Looks nice, but there are by far better branches that have made use of space much better in contrast to this. I'm thinking about Upminster. I imagine this branch is really good for people who work at the nearby offices and go to UCL uni.

Negative experience: STAY AWAY FROM THIS GYM!! Terrible customer service with a horrible scheme for extracting as much money from its customers as possible. After cancelling my membership via my direct debit, I receive emails from Anytime Fitness stating that my account is in arrears. I check my membership using the app (which is very poor) and the app says that “Your membership is inactive”, with no indication of further action. Believing that the email system simply required time to synchronise, I waited. However, the emails did not stop. Very quickly, they add a late fee to the situation. As such, I try to call the gym. No response. The app still does not indicate any action required. Regardless, I email later to try and resolve this confusing situation. I receive a response from the gym informing me that not only am I expected to pay for the last month (during which I did not attend the gym once, believing my membership was “inactive”), I must also pay for the *next* month, too, and the late fee. In disbelief, I explain my situation in full, including the calls made and the incredibly misleading app interface. The manager requests proof of the calls, so I send the most recent missed call. I do not hear back. Instead, two weeks later, I receive an email from the gym. Now, they are threatening to pass my details to a credit control agency. If I don’t pay over £100 for two months of membership—during which I was told my membership was simply inactive, I never attended the gym, and tried to contact the gym but received no response—it could impact my credit rating. This is absolutely disgusting, especially from a gym with as high a price tag as this. I will be telling my friends to stay far away from this place. It’s a shame because, otherwise, I thought the gym was decent.

Fantastic experience: Visit this gym up to 3 times a week as its close to my house, its clean, the staff are kind and friendly and open 24/7. However it can get a little busy around 6pm so if you want to workout at less busier times like i do, i suggest 8 or 10pm :D

Fantastic experience: I went for a free day. Staff (specifically shakira) was lovely and full of energy. Even gave me her pre workout when I was thirsty! Amazing service showed me around and loved the gym.

Fantastic experience: I was a study abroad student in London for a shorter time than 6 months, so I didn’t qualify for a student discount offered on the gym website. However, the employees at the gym made me a custom 3 month membership at the student discount rate, which was truly so kind! The gym itself is clean and not crowded (I went around 8 am). Cleaning supplies were always stocked to clean off equipment! There was a great variety of equipment with touchscreens so you could connect AirPods and do a private class. The washrooms and locker area are also clean! Great experience, thanks AF Euston!

Fantastic experience: I've been so impressed with this gym so far. Facilities always clean and the staff are so friendly and knowledgeable. It's also never been overly busy whenever I've gone and have really enjoyed working out there!

Positive experience: Music is all over the place. Not sure who picks it but it could really use some level of consistency and transition between tracks. The lighting is way too bright and their water filtration system has been in red some for months. Have mentioned all to management but no changed in the past year. I like the booty builder machine better than the other locations and generally an a fan of anytime fitness hence the 3 star rating despite these issues.

Fantastic experience: Visited this gym for a day pass while I’ve stayed in the area for a couple of days. Nice, clean gym, good choice of equipment. Body scanner and water fountain available. Private showers/changing rooms, all sorts of bathroom products, sprays, hairdryers etc provided so just need to bring a towel if you want to shower after your workout. The girl who showed me around Saturday 21/10 was welcoming and polite, well done and keep up the good work! :)

Negative experience: I visited this gym, and while it looked promising at first, the open plan was oddly arranged, leaving little floor space for mat workouts. The cramped environment was quite a downside. Showers were either broken or drained poorly, and the toilet was out of order. The initial appearance didn't match the fundamental issues with the layout, making it less than ideal for a satisfying workout experience.

Negative experience: Unfortunately, my experience was really terrible. The gym seems to be well equipped, not too busy, very close to where I live, and has new equipment. That sad, I found the staff extremely unpleasant. 1) When I first signed up, the guy I talked to was very sales-y. Unpleasant but fine. He also told me that the gym offered 3 induction sessions (called wellness appointments or something like that), which are called inductions but are effectively PT sessions. That seemed really exciting as I'm very new to gyms and don't have a lot of confidence finding my way around. 2) When I showed up to my first induction, it was nothing like a PT session. It was definitely just an induction. (I know because I've had PT sessions before.) That wouldn't have been so bad if the person giving me the induction hadn't been so incredibly unpleasant. It's been a long time, so I unfortunately don't remember the details, but I do remember that he randomly asked me whether I had sushi for lunch. (I look Asian.) He also asked me what I do in my free time, just to immediately make fun of me for it? (And yes, teasing can be fun and friendly but the whole induction was just uncomfortable horror watching someone trying to be buddy buddy with me and failing.) 3) The inductor also gave me advice that I know to me wrong. (And in a kind of humiliating way also.) After I said that I didn't want to hire him as a PT (for a lot of money), he challenged me to tell him how I would start gyming, so he could show me how I'm wrong and what I should do instead, which was already incredibly annoying. When I said I'd warm up first, he said sure and then jumped in to tell me to stretch first. But I know that studies say that static stretches before strength training are actively harmful and that dynamic stretches are ~okay but definitely not necessary. (I can't remember what exactly he told me to do, but he definitely didn't discourage me from static stretches.) Anyway, if you're a gym rat and just wanna use the equipment, this is probably a good place for you. If you're happy to pay the money for PT sessions, it might also be okay, since I didn't try that. But it definitely wasn't for me and I won't be returning.

Fantastic experience: It's great there. I can workout and feel completely free and safe. The staff are fabulous and qualified in health and safety as well as fitness trainer's.
