Fantastic experience: I train someone on Sunday mornings so find it an excellent place with few people. One can buy a 10 ticket card for £45 making a session £4.50. There are plent of dumbbells from 1 kg to 50 kg, squat racks, benches, more than 20 olympic barbells, 3 or 4 tons of discs. All that you would want plus the usual rowing machines, cross-trainers and treadmills. Good carparking and lovely field next to the Gym. I like it!

Fantastic experience: Great place to train with lovely staff ..................and lovely members........... the prices are not high at all making it even better there are many deals such as a membership ,,,,,,,,,,,a one off payment,,,,,,,,,,,, a ten session training card in which you can use at anytime until its run out ,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, upfront 6 month payment ,,,,,,or an upfront year payment ,,,,,,,,,,,,,, and even better you are not tied into any contracts you can cancel the membership at anytime ,,,,,,,,,,,,, 100 percent recommend this gym,,,,, ,,,,,,,,,,,,very female and male friendly ,,,,,,,a mixture of age groups which is always lovely to see ........................ Defiantly would advice people to use this gym
