Fantastic experience: I have been working with Sarah at Bear Fitness for over 4 months now and the results are simply amazing. I have never looked forward to training and working out - until now. Sarah has boundless enthusiasm and knows how to get the best out of her clients - but in a supportive and encouraging environment. Her sessions are well planned and thought out and the time literally flies by. I find myself looking forward to sessions which is a feat in itself. Highly recommended - she's brilliant!

Fantastic experience: Sarah is an excellent PT- really knowledgeable and supportive. Her rooftop space is really cool- you can see the top of the Cathedral and all the way to Vauxhall- and it has so much equipment - free weights, squat rack, ski erg, kettle bells, assault bike, normal bike, rowing machine. So different to most gyms where you are underground and having to queue to use equipment all the time.

Fantastic experience: Sarah is a fantastic and knowledgeable PT with a brilliant rooftop gym. I have done both one on one and group sessions with her. She identified areas of weakness - such as my ankle flexibility - and helped me to strengthen and improve. Her group fitness sessions are always fun and I have loved training with her.
Fantastic experience: I found Bear Fitness when looking for a friendly, positive space as someone new to personal training. Sarah is an incredible coach - her sessions are engaging, accessible and tailored. I always feel supported and it’s a real joy to train with her. The results for my strength and fitness are a testament to Sarah’s skill and professionalism. I would (and frequently do) recommend Sarah and Bear Fitness.
Fantastic experience: I always like training with Sarah (and not many other pts!) because she is interested in working to all kinds of goals, not necessarily visible muscles, and manages to be funny to chat to through some ridiculous and ridiculously painful moves. I think I’m now on my third training stint - keep coming back for more!
Negative experience: Domenica 8/11 ho fatto un ordine tramite il sito per un prodotto che era out of stock e che la spedizione è prevista per fine dicembre. Ora devo annullare l’ordine e BearFitness mi chiede di fare una raccomandata per poter cancellare l’ordine e avere il rimborso. A me sembra assurdo e a mio parere è un procedimento arcaico che non ho mai visto prima. Non capisco perché devo spendere dei soldi per annullare un ordine mai arrivato!

Fantastic experience: Sarah is a fantastic trainer! I love her encouragement and general positivity. Her sessions are varied and challenging - highly recommend!
Fantastic experience: Sarah is super attentive and really personalises to your needs & level whilst still pushing you to do more as well as strengthen your weaknesses. It’s brought much needed structure to my workouts and helped keep me going throughout lockdown. Having done PT sessions in the past, I can honestly say that Sarah’s programming has been the best value for money to date.
Fantastic experience: Bear fitness really helped motivate and train me for a half marathon. I would never have been able to do it without their support. They made me personal training plans and even gave me tips on the right foods to eat and what time to go to bed! The best thing about them is they made exercise fun!! I would really recommend them to anyone hoping to improve their fitness levels. Thank you so much girls!!
