Fantastic experience: A friendly and safe gym run by a charity for users with physicaland hidden impairments and/or with medical conditions. As a user I would urge people to check the website and dig deep to help to keep this unique gym open.

Fantastic experience: This is a unique specialised rehabilitation gym for the disabled. They are the ones who take over when nhs physiotherapists say there is no more that they do.

Fantastic experience: Such a great little gym allowing people with disability to maintain or improve their fitness. Various equipment allowing people of different abilities to use it. It appears they are mainly dependant on financial donations to keep them going. Personal trainers are available but there is a waiting list
