Positive experience: The gym group in the heart of town, not bad but its a little bit small.
Negative experience: Poor management and the part of poor parking team. I came to enquire about the gym for about 55 minutes and they issued me a fine. I was new in UK and visiting and didn’t know how things work here. The parking team bothered me so much and raised it to £100 and then £60 I paid. Even the gym group internal bathroom area is smelly and terrible… hygiene is zero too and unfriendly place too. Not recommended
We are sorry to hear that you have been issued a fine but I'm afraid there is nothing we can do in retracting this as we do not manage the parking at any of our gyms and therefore have no jurisdiction over the decision. The car parking company typically manages it either on their own behalf or on behalf of the leaseholder of the premises/land. The parking regulations would be highlighted on your member's area, such as the maximum time and in the branch if they require you to input your car registration on each visit. If you have been issued a parking fine and are not in breach of the parking regulations, you will need to contact the parking company directly to appeal this fine. The parking instructions for your branch are highlighted on the branch page, and also located in the manage parking section of the member's area when you log in. You will be able to access your gym usage information via the member's area to supply evidence for the appeal. Simply head to the My Gym tab and select My Gym usage. There you will see a graph for the current month which you can change, and at the bottom of the page, you will find a table with a complete view of the specific date and times of your visits.
Negative experience: Not the best gym usually just a last resort if you are stuck and have no where else to go. It’s constantly busy by rude individuals. The staff are great it’s just the gym members. Weights are left everywhere the changing rooms are left to the public and you know what I mean by this. There is another the gym group and it’s in sixfeilds. It’s miles better as people are a lot more civilised.

Positive experience: Good gym center with a spacious car park.
Negative experience: My bike got stolen from the bike park place in front and they had no cctv covering that area, totally unsafe. Has also strange people in. Awful gym overall. And now they recommend me to contact the police like a joke! I contacted them but because you did not put a cctv covering your own car park, they couldnt find any evidence. The gym is totally unsafe, and they dont even care about their own area.

Negative experience: I started coming to this gym around 3 months ago and thought it was okay. However, the more I have gone the more I have realised how dirty and unfriendly the place is. There is no sanitary stations, leaving you unable to clean a piece of equipment before or after use. Some of the cross/trainers do not work properly and need replacing. I have been there and seen people vaping inside and had to experience others leaving dirty tissues and wrappers on equipment. I wouldn’t recommend this place if you wanted to go somewhere clean.

Robust cleaning regimes are still in place and we continue to pump in 100% fresh air ventilation, day and night, we clean on a daily basis, including cleaning of all equipment and gym facilities with anti-viral products. We encourage members to bring in a sweat towel to use after they have used a piece of equipment. Having cleaning stations has resulted in a significant increase in the amount of paper waster and we are focussed on minimising our waste as part of our commitment to Net-Zero. We are proud to be the very first Carbon Neutral Gym Chain in the UK. This is just a part of our efforts, for example we are also taking steps to reduce the amount of single use plastics in our vending machines. Fantastic experience: First time visiting this gym.. I'm a member, but local one is at Sixfields.. I like the layout of this one, as it's similar to the other one.. Went at 10:30pm with a mate who had just joined.. We both had a good look around, before having a great workout . I'll definitely be coming here again. Don't forget to enter your car registration number on the machine.. Located on the right side of the doors as you exit the entrance pods.

Negative experience: Toilets always messy Cleaners are too slow one cleaner spill lot of water on floor and mopping it for 1 and half hour i finished my workout and she was still moping 2 guys including me tripped from water . Negative experience: I'm giving just one star because the lockers are filthy inside, covered in dirt, grease, and some even have protein powder residue. Who's responsible for cleaning them? Do I have to clean them before I can use them? Please take a look at the photo for an example. Thanks. Update: Thank you for getting back to me. Fantastic experience: Great experience.. when we are there we feel motivated. Have good trainers and the best machines.
Positive experience: One of the shower's temperature control is broken the water was so hot that burnt my skin if I stayed under the shower for more than 5 seconds. Struggled to rinse the shower gel off as watter was burning my skin had to be under it for 3 seconds and then get away and wait for a few seconds to cool down the skin. Someone in the gym told me the other one is also the same, only the middle one seemed to be okay. Other than that, great gym to exercise.

Positive experience: Great gym! Clean facilities, lots of equipment. You have to get accessibility help if you need a wheelchair entry due to how their system works which sucks a bit, so I don't recommend to permanent wheelchair users.
