Fantastic experience: I love this gym. The staff are incredibly friendly. Always greeting with a smile. Big variety of kit. Great atmosphere.

Negative experience: Terrible customer service!!!! I’ve been going to this gym since it was sports direct gym and had no issues at all, this lot terminated my contract because I had shower 15 min before closing time and the staff was very rude, so I took the shower regardless as I really needed it . Few good Pts in the gym but no enough facility and space . Yes it has sauna and swimming pool but if it closes at 10 pm and 4pm Saturday and Sunday what’s the point. Might as well find something better, I suggest you do too .

Fantastic experience: Great hidden gem of Manchester. Well kitted gym with sauna, steam room and a small pool in the city centre and for great value. And with friendly and helpful staff. All that’s missing is a swimsuit drying machine.

Fantastic experience: Not very often do you come across a friendly and hugely welcoming gym with a great atmosphere in a city centre location. The incredible team deliver an unbeatable range of classes. I can’t speak more highly of Lee, Ellis, M and Meg for helping to change my attitude to exercise and unlock the pleasure of movement. The pool, steam and sauna are great and so relaxing. The very affordable price for all of this makes this gym a real special find.

Fantastic experience: Great gym for the place and for the people who work there who are always polite and helpful. Changing room and showers always clean even if many times the people who use them leave a mess. The only thing that should improve is the temperature of the pool water which in my opinion is a bit low.

I always love a good steam & sauna but from my time at different gyms, this tops the lot of them. Their social media page is very helpful! If you’re in need of assistance, you have fantastic helpful staff that can help you achieve your goals! I would like to thank M in particular who sold me the membership! A nice genuine guy!

Positive experience: It's great that it has a sauna, steam room, pool and great yoga classes. It's also really good value for money with the corporate discount and the staff are super friendly too. However the changing rooms need a refurb and the air con doesn't work properly in the gym.

Upon arrival, I’m always greeted with a warm smile and a hello - every single member of staff is friendly, passionate about what they do and ready to help in whatever way they can, whether that’s with specific exercises, daily routines, nutrition or just a friendly chit-chat! I throughly enjoy the classes - they are designed for all abilities and are fun but also super motivating to push you further each time! (I’ve always been dreaded trying spin classes in the past but it’s become a regular class for me and I really enjoy it) The sauna, steam room and pool are fantastic additions to the gym and I’ve seen incredible changes and benefits because of them! Really recommend :)

Positive experience: The gym is relatively ok for the price but there is plenty of room for improvements. The gym really needs a beeter air conditioning system as it gets very hot and humid (which any modern gym cannot afford to skip on), the male changing room is attached to the swimming/sauna pool area and it does get very hot in there. Another issue is the fact that the shower temperature cannot be adjusted and it's by default way too hot.

Positive experience: Not too bad, the ceiling just very low so not the best for certains exercises

Positive experience: Dark place with just enough equipment which mean you have to share to use the machines. Unlike some whereby you have multiple machines of the same exercise.

Fantastic experience: Recently joined this gym and it’s by far one of the best I’ve been to! The staff really make you feel so welcome, and they’re so supportive! It can be really daunting sometimes getting ‘back to it’ but honestly feel a real sense of community and positivity in this gym!

Negative experience: Good gym The only problem there is the miserable staff.They all look unhappy and disappointed from life. They never say Hello at reception Cold and unhappy atmosphere unfortunately

Some equipment stayed since old owners, but new machines, weights etc have been added, space rearranged, which shows flexibility on the management side. Can get busy after 5pm on some days, but still not as overcrowded as some gyms. Love the Friday yoga class! Always look forward to that one - great atmosphere and instructor

Negative experience: There does not appear to be any air conditioning in the gym, i joined about 2-3 weeks a go it's been like that the entire time, i've been for a jog twice on the treadmill and felt like throwing up it was that hot, it impeded my work out i couldn't have a full workout, i'd even go as far as to say it's a health and safety risk, there's no air con on the actual treadmill either, it's like jogging in a sauna, the heat hits you immediately as you walk down the stairs to go into the gym

Good number of yoga and pilates sessions; and good spin classes Great gym, pool, sauna, steam room. Staff are very friendly and knowledgeable about fitness - you can see them all using the gym themselves.
