Fantastic experience: Excellent gym, heaps of high quality equipment thats always well maintained, the gym Is always kept clean which for me personally Is a big deal, great’s facilities like the Sauna, hot tub, great changing and shower facilities that are as with the rest of the gym, kept Impeccably clean and tidy. More Importantly this gym hands down has the friendliest and safest environments of any gym I have been to locally, this Is mainly due to the staff who always greet you upon entering, and are more than happy to help with any Issues or queries you may have. Honestly a clear 10/10 cant Imagine ever going anywhere else.

Fantastic experience: I have been to this gym on many occasions. As a woman I feel like this gym is more inclusive and makes me feel comfortable than any other gym I have visited. It has a friendly vibe to it and the staff are always helpful. In regards to gym equipment there is not one machine that I can think of that this gym doesn’t have. On top of this it has a sauna, hot tubs, boxing ring and virtual class room. The gym has recently gone to 24/7 which I’m finding extremely beneficial due to my work hours. Even though the gym is not maned between 8pm-8am, if I have an issue I can report it to the page where my concerns are answered in a timely manner. Great gym, great members, great staff!

Negative experience: I have been to this gym several times on a day pass. There is a range of equipment but they are all Chinese copies meaning poor quality and poor performance. The most important issue about this gym is the staff. On multiple occasions the male staff members are seen to be zoomed in and recording females training including female bodybuilder practicing in their posing bikinis and making crude comments. It’s very intriguing they do not let male bodybuilders practice their routines but more than happy to let females practice in their bikinis as long as they are in view…. Very unprofessional, not welcoming and a place I and multiple others have sworn to never visit again.

Fantastic experience: What an amazing place, clean tidy and never having to queue to use machines. No one judges your ability and the music played is top notch. £7 each session is definitely worth it, Highly recommended A+++

Positive experience: It is a great clean gym, but I didn't like the hoovering around when I am working out, I m sensitive to noise also I feel I ve been tricked into signing a 12 month contract I didn't know about, this important things you MUST tell the new clients that wants to join the gym. Also the gym has a sauna which make it worth the 40£ a month but for those who are not interested using the sauna I think it's a bit expensive.

Fantastic experience: If you want a gym with top notch equipment,friendly staff who have a laugh with you. Then look no further than this place. I've been to many gyms and for the south west this is best one by far.

Fantastic experience: Friendly and helpful staff, top of the range gym equipment, either brand new or very well cleaned and maintained. 2 jungle gyms, boxing ring, climbing rope and lots of iron to pump! There's also a variety of energy drinks, protein products and healthy frozen meals. Sauna and tanning room are also a plus. Bit far to walk from the high street so it doesn't get as packed even in peak hours. One of the best if not the best gym in Bridgewater!

Fantastic experience: Visited on day passes over a weekend while visiting family, so gutted it's not my local gym...great equipment, great people, just a good feeling there. Looking forward to my next visit

Negative experience: Trident in bridgwater was the closest gym open so decided to try it out. I Wanted to use the outdoor gym set up pre lockdown for a week. Was told I could only do a month which I agreed and payed £50 cash. The next day all outside gyms closed due to lockdown. After a couple messages on Facebook I asked for my money back and just pay for the single session the previous day. I was advised with a couple blunt messages to come in or speak to them after lockdown as they are now closed. Finally after waiting 3 months I have now spoken to trident who will not give me any money back. Would never visit again. Very disappointed.

Fantastic experience: Staff are always friendly and happy to help with any questions. Great selection of healthy meals and protein powder available as well. And even with the recent covid situation the gym has been expanded and lots more equipment added. Everything is clean and well kept.

Fantastic experience: Awesome gym to train in, some of the equiptment in here you just dont see in rugular gyms. Also the atmosphere has got to be one of the best ive trained in too which makes it so easy to train hard and enjoy it!!! I travel from Clevedon to train here a couple times a week as it 100% worth the travel. Great gym!!
