Positive experience: Only reason for the 4 star is I feel like yes this gym has so much equipment, but it feels sort of squash together ,not so much downstairs but upstairs and the stretching area has rowing machines on and you got treadmills all around you and other equipment so as someone like me who shy I feel I can't do much with the mat space there. I wish the hip thrust machine was facing the opposite way as I feel a bit exposed doing it and someone looking. I think it's because I'm so used to a bigger gym like nuffield back where I use to live we had some areas for privacy and space in between equipments. One time I used the equipment and had some man literally infront of me so I had to stare at the ground and ended up getting up and moving. And you do get a lot of show offs in this gym. One time I worked out and had some guy posing in the mirror near me was annoying. Or some guy walking around trying to video them selfs . Videoing your work out with others in the frame should be banned in gyms as my old gym did the same I hated it. But this gym seems to be the best around here even in lowestoft. The staff are so friendly specially the owners and the daughter. And the man at the front desk don't know his name I call him thor to my partner haha. But he down to earth and friendly. My partner loves that gym I like it but I miss privacy and this one you don't get that unless you come at times when it quiet. I just wish people stop posing so much we get it you have muscles haha. It can be a little intimidating for some people who don't have great confidence in there body. But this is my go to gym for now.

Fantastic experience: Such a good gym to go too. Lots of machines for every type of muscle, good community, cheap membership prices, amazing kind workers, good gym music for once haha. If you are starting the gym at a young age I recommend this out of all of the other gyms

Fantastic experience: Incredible community focused gym. The options for cardio, bodybuilding or powerlifting are wide and it really caters to everyone. The staff are super friendly and that atmosphere is also spread amongst the gyms members.

Fantastic experience: Went into Top Body Gym whilst staying at Hopton as not from the area and cannot recommend the gym enough, the gym itself is unreal with every piece of equipment you could need and the owner is also amazing! The gym does not have a card machine so kindly let me in for free and also provided a free protein shake. Thanks!!!

Fantastic experience: One of the best gyms in Norfolk! Playing great music up and down stairs. Taking a great pic of all training equipment and amazing vibes from the friendly staff, can't go wrong. Well worth a £5 day pass!!

The staff are brilliant always on hand for advice & willing to help. There is a great atmosphere & everyone is extremely friendly. The changing facilities are outstandingly clean & showers are available with secure lockers for all your personal belongings to be kept safe! Highly recommended!

Fantastic experience: Top body gym is by far the best equipped in the local area and is ideal for anyone whatever their goal. Their CV suite has plenty of treadmills, Cross trainers, Bikes, Rowers and steppers for those wanting a good Cardio workout. The main gym area has any machine you could possibly need as well as free weights going up to as heavy as most can lift. Staff are friendly and helpful and generally speaking other gym users are also friendly. Changing rooms with good showers and clean toilet facilities are also a bonus. The monthly fee of £30 with no obligation to renew unless you wish to continue using the facilities is great value.
