Fantastic experience: My mother recently had a health check with Seamus McCafferty, and she was feeling quite anxious beforehand. However, Seamus was incredibly polite, friendly, and made the entire experience very comfortable. His knowledge and reassuring manner really put us at ease. I would highly recommend his services to anyone looking for a professional and supportive health check.

Fantastic experience: From my first consultation, to working with me in the hydropool, David's knowledge and experience was a great help in combating my disc issues snd related sciatic pain. He was very informative and gave me great confidence to understand the gradual pace of recovery and how to successfully manage the symptoms in the meantime. As he reminded me, a lot of the recovery is just about time, but his reassurance removed a lot of the impatient anxiety that I would have experienced without his insight. Thanks.

Excellent to see behind the scenes especially as I have been in the crowd many times, recommend this tour.

Fantastic experience: Over the past few months David Creighton has helped me rehabilitate my hamstring back to full strength. The whole process from the initial consultation to full recovery was excellent. David produced a plan including strengthening and stretching exercises, and later on pitch drills that brought me back to full match fitness and gave me the confidence to return to playing matches. If I had any problems during my recovery between my appointments I was able to communicate easily with David through email. If I ever need treatment for an injury in the future I will definitely be returning to David and Hampden sports clinic.

Fantastic experience: I had an appointment with Lisa Graham this morning, who was very friendly and shared a lot of knowledge/tips for pain management. The massage was excellent and I left feeling much much better. Lisa also kindly showed me how cupping works as I was curious. I booked the appointment online at the last minute, pleased they could fit me in the next morning at 8am. I'll definitely be back next time I need a bit of maintenance.

Fantastic experience: Excellent experience with Mandy Abbott, specialist podiatrist at Hampden Sports Clinic. Mandy was knowledgeable and thorough, and got to the root of my foot problem where others had failed. I would thoroughly recommend her. Clinic is good value too.

Fantastic experience: I, have been attending this sports clinic for a considerable time for several injuries. Which I have now fully recovered from. Staff are excellent and can assess your predicament. Set out a recovery programme for you. It can be expensive but worth it in the long run. I will definitely use the clinic again.
