Fantastic experience: Since joining I have felt welcomed by staff and members. Staff are supportive and on the ball with your programme and regular reviews. Induction was thorough and realistic goals set. Staff are always on hand even after induction and very approachable. The atmosphere is uplifting. I have never enjoyed exercise so much. There is no judgement whatever your age or fitness level just support and encouragement.

Fantastic experience: Amazing instructors and positive atmosphere. I signed up with my mom, to motivate her with exercising and weight loss as she does not like normal gyms. We both love the 30 minute circuit sessions and also the social aspect with the instructors and other ladies supporting each other with their own personal goal.

Negative experience: I only managed to go 3 times and felt it was a very clicky place and having a low self-esteem this wasn't good for me. My menopause symptoms got worse and I tried to explain this but was told I had to pay for a full term. Parking area is really dark and there are some undesirables staying at that hotel and makes you feel anxious. Opening times didn't work for me either as I had to return to the office in Birmingham after COVID.

Fantastic experience: I love coming to Gymophobics Cannock, been a member now for over 2 years. The circuit is brilliant gives you a whole body work out in 30 minutes. I've seen great results. The staff are all super friendly and are always on hand to help and the ladies that attend are all fab a wide age group and all support each other. Would highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: Love this little gym it has really made a difference to my weight, shape and confidence since I joined. The staff are friendly and helpful and the members are always up for a chat as you go around the circuit. Couldn't imagine my life without all you lovely ladies now. If normal gyms aren't for you give gymophobics a try and with a little dieting willpower it definitely works, the results soon start to show.
