Fantastic experience: I’ve been going to Evolve since September 2021 and it’s honestly the best gym I’ve been to! I used to go to Gym Group and Pure Gym, but if you take your fitness seriously you need to come here! I met my Muay Thai coach Anthony Kannike in March 2022 at Evolve and have been doing 121’s with him since. He also does classes Thursdays and Sundays so I get to do both weightlifting at the gym and Muay Thai 2-3 times a week! All the PTs are super friendly and helpful, you can tell they work really hard and are passionate about what they do. It’s just an elite gym, 5 racks, a whole hammerstrength section, huge studio with different boxing bags. Everyone that comes to Evolve you can tell they’re there to train and not mess about, I found at the other commercial gyms they were just full of time wasters lol if you’re ready to step up your game then you should consider joining!

Fantastic experience: I joined Evolve in mid-2021 and frequent this gym daily. it's a lovely, spacious gym with lots of new equipment that you won't find in your local high street gym. they have loads of amazing PTs you can work with and they offer free daily classes schedule. they also have in house physio therapy and massage services which are at extra cost but everyone here is professional and really supportive to your fitness journey. on thing about this gym that sets it apart is the sense of gym community- nearly every member i have met is there to lift each other up, help, learn and be their best athletic self.

Positive experience: It’s okay but I’m not sure what all the raving reviews are about… it’s just a normal no-frills basic gym. It’s not the prettiest and doesn’t have loads of facilities but it’s good. Whoever compared it to Equinox in these reviews was grossly exaggerating and clearly has never been to Equinox. Some of the equipment here could be better as the weights go up 7kg at a time on the lat machine and there are no smaller weight adjustments.

Negative experience: I didn't want to write this but I don't understand this gym. It's so hot people are dripping on all the equipment and they never turn on the AC. Surely you can't be this cheap, it's making for a smelly unhygienic environment. I can't imagine how bad it will be in a few weeks when we get the heatwaves. The staff are unfriendly and they seem to let the majority of people get away with leaving weights everywhere. Honestly I'd go to another gym if you're reading this.

Fantastic experience: Great selection of machines or free weights, spin studio and multi purpose boxing studio. Mens showers cold only but are kept clean at all times

Positive experience: The gym itself is good, especially with the addition of the new machines! My issue is with the lack of functional working spin bikes! Someone needs to check all the bikes and mark those that are not working. It's frustrating when attending a spin class and you have to stop half way to change bikes! If you're increasing membership fees you should focus on improving equipment!

Fantastic experience: For a local gym, It has more than what any fitness fanatic, hardcore body builder, novice, or any one in-between. It maintained well(clean), and given the committed regulars, it proves very motivational. Classes are available, albeit I don't personally attend. Boxing facilities also. No spa facilities but that is perfectly fine personally. Written by an avid gym goer with experience of multiple gyms.

Negative experience: Cheeky member freeze policy.. when asked to freeze it until further notice, membership was frozen for 1 month only. Was being charged for further 3 months of not using the gym.

Fantastic experience: What a great gym! As an avid gym person it's SO exciting to enter a gym and see the thought and energy (not to mention money) put in to choosing machines, platforms and racks even all the cardio equipment. On my first visit there I didn't know whether to train or keep checking out all the awesome stuff. Really friendly staff, very organised gym floor, clean changing rooms/shower area, tidy lockers. When I first started visiting the music was a bit too loud but has since calmed down a bit and the parking was a challenge but Asda carparking is a 3min walk away. There's no way a dedicated person won't get results in this place. Highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: No question - best gym in London after Equinox but like 200% cheaper. The cleaningness, community and setup of equipment is off the charts. There’s plenty of space for any activity and no essential equipment is really missing. You can do literally any cardio or lift You want. The staff is super friendly and competent, much better than in most places. This gym is different than vast majority of them in London (been in maaaany). Big plus for opening early for people that start their work early. Oh and big plus 2 for not playing depressing radio songs that could potentially get You killed when hitting Your PR. If You forget Your headphones - don’t worry, those beats will keep You pumpin’. I’m glad to be a member and I recommend this place to anybody.

Positive experience: Wow what an amazing gym so happy a place like this has opened up in NW London with a great price. Always nice people there and nice atmosphere May 2021 Update : I absolutely love this gym and I continue to go regularly and love to support a small business. However, I have noticed since last year the standards have begun to slip. The bathrooms are not the cleanest, there is no soap in the men's (it's filled with hand sanitiser), PT's are not around putting away weights or telling members to. Would love to see the staff more active around the gym and not just talking at the front desk.

Fantastic experience: The best gym in North London with great facilities, classes and friendly staff. In addition, Yusif is the best PT, he is an absolute beast and he’s always got me working out hard I highly recommend both the gym and Yusif as a PT.

Fantastic experience: I love everything about Evolve; it's always clean, tidy and well maintained, the staff are all very friendly, each with their own area of expertise so you're sure to find a Personal Trainer who can help you smash your goals or teach you new skills. The gym is beautifully designed and very well equipped, it's a privilege to use Hammer Strength machines and there's even an in-house clinic that offers sports massage and exercise rehabilitation should you ever need it. The shake bar at the entrance of the gym covers all your pre and post workout needs with protein bars, freshly made protein shakes, water bottles, hoodies and vests to name just a few items. I really enjoy training here and highly recommend it to everybody, whether beginner, advanced or elite - it's time to Evolve!

Fantastic experience: Visited Evolve over the weekend, and have to say was very impressed! Staff were very hospitable, equipment was on point, with so much variety, and tonnes of space to work. Will definitely be going back soon!
