Fantastic experience: Been going to wood street years, good atmosphere. No dark looks when your training, like you got in some back street gyms, Welcoming and very helpful staff if you ever needed help or advice on something.

Fantastic experience: Best gym in the area. The kit is quality and the ower has put alot of money into the equipment. Owned by IFBB pro Jamie the giant this gym has everything you need to reach your goals. All the drinks and proteins are very fair priced also. Plenty of advice from the all the staff.
