Fantastic experience: Amazing Gym! Run by AMAZING people. Loads of kit and an awesome atmosphere with friendly wholesome members! 10/10

Fantastic experience: Great local gym with great owners, good atmosphere and good equipment, all your essentials like protein powder, water, ready prepped meals, clothing etc

Negative experience: Really bad management and communication!!! If you have any issues to do with membership or billing forget it because you simply cannot get hold of anyone to talk to when you call the gym. Employees continuously put the phone down because they’re too busy and when you do get through to management they cannot talk and “will call you back” but never do!!! Overall I would completely avoid this gym and go to someone who can actually run a company.

Fantastic experience: I have just started going there as a live close by lovely staff very friendly and helpful really recommend. If you looking for a gym 10/10 they just had an excellent second floor with basically any equipment that you could possibly use brilliant people

Fantastic experience: I recently joined Base and body gym and love the upper floor dedicated to solo exercising. It’s perfect for introverts, offering a variety of equipment in a private setting. Highly recommended!

Fantastic experience: Joined this gym in Jul 23 after my breakup. I was feeling old, fat, and unattractive. This place has kept me going. The workouts helped me with my anger and sadness, then I joined the bootcamp with Emma, and I'm now on way to a new me. The gym is friendly and any shape, size, or fitness level is welcome. This gym has helped me regain my confidence again.

Negative experience: I got banned from this gym for only adding a 20kg plate on one to the stacks no other gym would ban you for that! Also the gym has become riddled with high school kids training in their school uniforms that have no clue what they are doing and hog all the equipment by standing over everything and not even using it! it’s not ideal when you want get in the right mind frame to train; the gym itself isnt actually that bad in all fairness but the kids simple ruin the atmosphere and the vibe

Negative experience: Terrible Service, came in for a day session I didn’t even get warned that your not aloud to kick the bags with shoes and there’s a small sign that you can barely see I got told to leave the gym when could of told me and would of avoided it.

Fantastic experience: Amazing service! I had been having problems with my back for years but after a few sessions with Rich I was finally on the road to recovery- I can’t thank him enough! He’s also a very approachable and friendly person, I was a bit worried about the awkwardness of having a massage at first but that worry soon evaporated. I can’t recommend him highly enough- thank you Rich!

Fantastic experience: More equipment then you can shake a stick at. I absolutely love this gym I have a PT there once a week with Jase who is also excellent. If I lived this side of the city it would be my fall time gym as it's run right by the owners that are nearly always present and look after it in the way they should. Equipment in food condition and help where needed. I just wish the drive to it wasn't such a nightmare but that's Stoke on Trent roads for you

Fantastic experience: My fiancé and I were members of this gym for a few months during a house move, we absolutely loved it. Visited most days and we were always welcomed with a smile. All the staff and the owners are fantastic, so lovely and make you feel very comfortable. There is so much equipment that you never do the same workout twice, it’s by far the best gym we have joined. We will miss it so much! Thanks a million! X

Fantastic experience: There is not anything I can say that is bad about this place as of yet. I have been here twice recently and not long signed up. When you first get there. They will show you around and you can then decide whether you like it or not which was a great plus. All the machines available are high end and I've seen dearer places with cheaper machines. This is a really great mid range Gym suitable for all genders and ages. If you are struggling you can seek out the staff for a bit of advice or you can simply upgrade your contract and get a personal trainer or pay for a trainer when you go in for a small extra cost. They have a changing room and you are able to pay to use the tanning bed. All at your own costs but as a gym. This is a great place where you can get a workout done.

Fantastic experience: Fantastic gym :). Budget prices but not budget quality! Great free car park, lots of gym equipment and weight training equipment. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff who always go out of their way to help you. Good changing room facilities and showers/sauna and sunbed. Good range of classes also. Can’t fault this gym, keep up the good work!
