Fantastic experience: I have been going to this gym for over 17 years and I can honestly say it is one of the friendliest and well equipped gyms I have ever trained in. It has an amazing vibe about it and is ran by great individuals. For anybody who would like a private gym, with all the equipment and plenty free parking. This is the place for you!

Fantastic experience: Today was my first day going and I was pretty nervous. At the leisure centres door there are clear instructions as to what to do and when you can go in (at least 5 mins before your booked appointment). The woman at the front reception was really friendly and showed me how to get into the main entrance and explained where the lockers are and the gym. The gym itself is very nice and there are plenty of cleaning stations.

Fantastic experience: I love this gym, I used it for strongman training, logs, yoke, stones and alot of weights training. Old fashioned style gym. It very cheap and have classes as well.
