Fantastic experience: Honestly it is such a nice gym. As a girl wanting to workout I have the option of being in the upstairs bit which is only for females and there is also a mixed part downstairs where they’re more treadmills, and quad/ham/calf/glute machines. Everything is always kept neatly tidied away. This gym is no where near as threatening as other bigger gyms which normally gives me anxiety. 5 stars all around

Fantastic experience: Won't find a better gym anywhere else. Been going for years, all staff are super friendly and happy to help and same is said to those that come to train at this gym. Everything I need is here, can't go wrong. Thank you to the member of staff that helped me find my lost earphone even after the gym was meant to close I appreciate it!

Positive experience: Has the basics of everything you need to train, the staff are friendly too. But it could do with a little bit more space between machines/stations and some more advanced equipment so you can have a wider variety of choice.

Negative experience: Reasonable gym, however I don't like that the male and female Gyms are largely separated. I train with my wife and we're pretty serious with our training. I think it's old fashioned to separate the males and females. I do get there's a mixed section downstairs, but not enough in there to meet our training needs sorry. Also, if you want a laugh check out the painting in the blokes changing rooms. Looks like it's been done by someone visually impaired!!!

Negative experience: I’ve been using this gym for nearly 2 years now. The 2 criticisms I have is it needs a bit more focus on cleaning.Also the radio when a group of us are working out in the men’s section. The radio is fine at 5am but when a woman comes it gets changed to a slow sloppy station. Sorry but I cannot workout to Adele and other love songs you need motivation music. On a number of occasions I’ve cut my workout short this is not acceptable in a gym.No other gym would play this type of music.please approach me if you need too.

Positive experience: I have increased my rating of the gym since the introduction of papertowels to wipe down the machines and the improvement in the weights being put back more frequently. The only thing I think stops a 5 star review would be there is a need for blinds or window coverings for downstairs next to the front street to stop people staring when you're training. Really good gym and the monthly costs are well worth it!

Negative experience: Had a 300 pound watch pinched from this gym and they weren't helpful in the slightest, no apology or anything from the members of staff or management. Wouldnt recommend or go back.
