Fantastic experience: Lovely supportive gym with amazing equipment. Everyone is friendly and supportive so if like me you want to lose quite a bit of weight and struggle with self image it’s not intimidating at all. Harry the manager is lovely and so enthusiastic it’s contagious. I also did 3 months PT with Kate to remember how to exercise and it was worth every penny. Highly recommend! Oh and free coffee Friday is soooo good for motivation!!!

Fantastic experience: The team here are fantastic and always on hand for that extra bit of support and motivation you neeed. The gym is inclusive, welcoming and friendly. Full of members who all share the same end goal - to better themselves in one way shape or form.

Negative experience: Very poor communication. I’ve cancelled my membership last year and returned my fob. When I phoned about a payment what I owed no one responded. They emailed me what I don’t really checked my emails often due to me work full time and am busy working person. And because I didn’t get the information through the post they reported me to ccscollect what came through the post where I end up paying the full amount. I found it very poor and unprofessional for Anytime fitness didn’t post it to me in person where this could be avoided. So I wouldn’t go here at all. Avoid disappointment and stay away.

Fantastic experience: Been with Anytime Bishops Cleeve for over a year now! Absolutely loving the classes - totally supportive and pushing me to achieve my goals. The coaches keep each class fresh and get the most out of you, tailoring each exercise to you with smart sessions and loads of varied kit to keep things fun and dynamic. The team invest in you, their time and knowledge and have been an incredible. 110% recommend. Just brilliant motivational training. Thank you Kate, James, Harry & Drew!

Fantastic experience: I’ve been a member of this gym for over 6 months and I’m extremely happy with my experience. All of the staff are very friendly and helpful and on hand to help however they can. The gym itself is spacious, well equipped and is fully air conditioned and clean. There are lockers, showers and changing rooms all of which are also immaculately clean, as well hair dyers and straighteners for those who need it. The gym has a variety of classes included in the membership, all at varying times of the day so there is a class for everyone which is a huge bonus. You can book online a week in advance using their app which makes everything so much easier. The gym has the usual cardio equipment including treadmills, bikes, cross-trainers and rowing machines as well as a large selection of weight machines. There is floor space in the gym which can be used with their selection of kettle bells, sand bags and other equipment. For the monthly membership fee I feel the gym is excellent value for money and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to anyone.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been a member of this gym for a few months now and I’m very happy with my experience. Staff are very friendly and helpful and the gym is spacious, well equipped and is fully air conditioned. There are lockers, showers and changing rooms and all the facilities are kept immaculately clean. The gym has cardio equipment including treadmills, bikes, cross-trainers and rowing machines as well as an array of ‘multi gym’-type weight machines. There are also free weight stations and an excellent selection of dumb bells and bar weights. There is an open area where classes are held (Pilates, circuits, boot camp, kettle bells etc) and you can also use this area to do your own exercises when it is free. All this just a 10-minute walk from home!

Fantastic experience: Great gym, always spotlessly clean and friendly. Nice atmosphere, but can always use the equipment I need. Kate is a brilliant PT, really enjoying my sessions with her!

Fantastic experience: This gym is fully equipped with everything you need, most importantly the staff are extremely supportive, friendly and knowledgeable. I have been attending lots of classes and In a short space of time I feel I am seeing great improvement in my fitness and strength. Drew, James and Harry who deliver these classes offer a challenging, adaptive and progressive approach that caters for all abilities. Highly recommended this gym!

Negative experience: Can't fault the gym itself, but be careful when getting into a contract with anytime fitness, just had to pay an extra month (with a late fee) after I followed the instructions on the site about finishing a contract after 12 months, apparently the 12 months is minimum, then atleast another extra month has to be paid, very confusing terms.

Fantastic experience: Fabulous Gym. Very modern with brand new equipment and great changing rooms with top of the range facilities. Air conditioning great and to top it all, wonderful views of Cleeve Hill whilst training! Staff very friendly and helpful and always on hand if you need them.

Fantastic experience: The facilities are very clean with good mix of strength and cardio equipment. There’s always a cleaner cleaning equipment during my daytime visits. I particular enjoy the Pilates and low impact circuits classes. It will be better if this gym can offer family membership or couple membership discount.

Fantastic experience: Highly recommend this gym. I've been to many across the UK and around the world and this has to be one of the best. The staff is super friendly and supportive, the gym is always clean, great layout of all the essential equipment and the array of massage and assessment tech is just brilliant. Plus a bonus is it's 24hrs.

Fantastic experience: Great gym, got all the gym equipment you could need and it’s not too busy so using the machines isn’t a problem. The gym has a welcoming environment for all abilities from newbie to regular gym goer. The team are welcoming and regularly talk to you about your goals. The Evolt body scanner is a great addition to the gym for tracking progress and keeping you motivated on your programme. The classes that are ran are a fun way to exercise and meet like minded people. Would recommend taking a club tour to see what it has to offer.

Negative experience: The anytime fitness website states it offers a free trial session. I turned up and they took one look at me and said the only "free trial they offer" is if you buy a day pass and then subsequently sign-up they'll refund it. None of this mentioned on the website at all (as that's not what a free trial is). Fantastic experience: A new build gym with excellent facilities and open 24 hours. Can't fault the equipment or the enthusiasm of the staff but the 'Piped Music' is awful. Make sure you have your own music and headset !!

Fantastic experience: This is my first time at an Anytime Fitness gym and it’s fantastic. Drew and Tara are amazing coaches, they’re so knowledgable, professional, friendly and make you feel really welcome. The gym is clean and has everything you need with the latest equipment and technology. The classes are really well structured and it feels like a community, everyone friendly and supportive. There is always parking available out front. All round excellent experience so far, highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: Since joining in January when the gym opened, I have been so happy attending. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. The equipment is modern, clean and in excellent condition. The music varies from house music to some absolute 90s bangers which I personally find great. The facilities spoil us with a free BWI scanner and a massage gun on demand too. As it’s 24/7 it does also feel like your own personal gym too as there is always space and something to do so you’re not waiting around for something to be available. On a personal note I have been working hard ti get back onto the sports pitch and by using the gym for my own personal rehab, I resumed my sports career and can’t wait for next season now. Thanks guys!

Fantastic experience: The gym is amazing, equipment is decent, classes are small & well structured and trainers are super friendly! I’ve only done a class with Harry & Tara so far but they were both super motivating & helpful should anyone be confused on what to do. The gym is clean and tidy with all the amenities you could need, I love the shower rooms & not forgetting the Dyson dryers & GHD straighteners, spoiling us ‍♀️ I’m now doing a series of PT sessions with Tara, my first one was brilliant, so informative and taught me lots of new things. Best gym I’ve ever been too!

Fantastic experience: From the first time I entered the gym, all the AF team were welcoming, knowledgeable and helpful. The range of equipment and facilities is excellent and both are always clean and ready to use. Classes are structured and well thought out. They give you the opportunity to try new exercises that you can then build into your own routines which is really helpful. It is great to see a wide range of people using the gym and since being a member, I have really enjoyed being part of the gym community. Highly recommend booking a tour around – keep up the good work guys!

Negative experience: Went to have a look around.. stood outside for ages in the cold .. although the guy could see me .. when he opened the door I ask for a look around, but he said he was busy come back in 15 minutes.. disappointed will try gyms in town tomorrow instead.. I’ve been using gyms for thirty years, so only needed a look around to decide
