Negative experience: They always ask for feedback but never acknowledge any of it, most the staff are rude, they realistically have two areas which you can do pull ups but no standard straight bar, the only bar they do have you have a weight rack right in front so limited room, half the gym gets shut randomly for classes and they kick people out for these sessions without warning, the gym is great for being 24hour (when the doors work) and they do have a range of equipment not everything but a fair range

Fantastic experience: 1st day today here, got the day pass, and will definitely be buying a monthly membership. Steve, the new manager, was more than helpful and friendly. Gave me a good introduction to the gym, helped that he was easy on the eyes, too!

Fantastic experience: I have been to multiple gyms in Coventry however I feel most comfortable here. The staff are always friendly , the gym is clean and members are friendly. I have also started pt sessions with emily who has helped me feel so comfortable and gain confidence in going to the gym

Fantastic experience: fantastic gym its the first time i have been in a gym i joined the classes and they have been brilliant the trainer jack is fantastic and has made me feel very comfortable brilliant staff, i think jack should be manager.

Positive experience: Two things I have to complaint are : there is no cleaning station or at least some wipes so we can clean the equipment after those who don’t mind leaving it all sweaty. and the choice of equipment is a bit strange, we could go without some of the equipments in there and some others that are always busy, there is only one of each like the Smith or W bar or even a Leg press 45. you don't need to be that lucky to be waiting to use the equipment. People also need to learn some gym manners but I guess that's how it is in most gyms. Other than that I would say its a good place, good location too, loads of versatile equipments and cardio kits. Also the only 24hrs gym in the area. Hope this was useful.

Fantastic experience: Highly recommend Freya if you're interested in taking PT sessions. She's very knowledgeable about form and using the machines and on a personal level she's very friendly and approachable. The sessions have been well worth the investment. Helped me to tone up and build muscle. Can't recommend her enough!

Fantastic experience: Clean, well lit and organised. Men, women and all body types here so no embarrassment. Staff are always friendly and approachable. Plenty of parking and close to town and transit. Great variety of classes. Seems really well run. The only negative is common everywhere - often people monopolise equipment while seated and scrolling through their mobiles, but that's life in the 2020s. Don't let that put you off... This place is an excellent gym and outstanding value

Negative experience: The worst Gym Group I have ever seen! No classes, whats the point of charging for classes when you cant even access them unless you are retired or a loser and sit at home on benefits . Vending machines dont accept contactless even when it is contactless, you can only purchase with a physical card, rubbish! No staff whatsoever, I came at different times and in all the times I have come to the gym I saw one girl once that’s it. No staff, no managementz Equipment is basic and repetitive, the layout makes no sense either. I joined 5 days ago and already cancelling my membership. Trash

Positive experience: Good budget gym but shame many machines are left dirty with sweat. They should have cleaning stations with tissues and disinfectants like the previous gym I used to go to.

Fantastic experience: Can I bring my 15 year old son workout with a adult with him?

Fantastic experience: The environment is healthy and friendly, but they don't understand why there are no tissues for cleaning in this club with these equipments .Cleaning the club is the first priority of any society, there should be paper towels in this club to clean sweat from the forehead and other supplies, which unfortunately are not available in this club.

Fantastic experience: I have been using this gym since it opened and always had an amazing experience. It’s clean, bright and there’s plenty of space. There’s a good variety of equipment. There’s an inviting atmosphere and I’ve felt comfortable going in since day 1. The staff are all really friendly and approachable. A big shout out to my PT Emily who has been amazing and really helped me to achieve more than I ever thought I possibly could!

Fantastic experience: I started using this gym, its local and has free parking right outside. I popped by without an appointment for a look around, and I was guided by Patryk. I was impressed with the layout, the users seemed nice and it's tidy and clean. I joined the next day. I do 3 PT sessions a week with Patryk which have helped me regain my confidence in the gym and keep me engaged. There are other PTs available, and there is a board with their info. Patryk was the first staff member I met and that's why I started using him, but I am glad it worked out that way, as we get on well. His availability suits my schedule; he encourages me and pushes me through some tough challenges. I am saying this is the nicest possible way... the bloke ruins me. The staff are always pleasant, always tidying up after people... (I do wish customers would put equipment back where it should go), ensuring customers are safe etc. I love coming here and having some 'me' time.

Fantastic experience: Lovely atmosphere to the gym, staff always smiling and friendly. Alot of parking around and good location as few shops around. Gym is always tidy or being tidied and it's never overwhelming busy. Great price too and alot of different equipment. Also would recommend getting a pt I train with Emily and she's amazing.

Fantastic experience: The gym is great, very big with lots of equipment, it has an upstairs area where they do classes at certain times too, good friendly knowledgeable staff, very clean including the changing rooms and toilets, I love the yanga water for the extra £4 a month it has the caffeinated option too which I use to top up my pre workout during a heavy session

Fantastic experience: I gave been training with Chris since I joined the gym he identified I have an issue with my posture and hip.He has developed my training programme to address these issues and I am now more flexible and fitter than I have been for some time. I enjoy the challenges he sets me and would definitely recommend him as a Personal Trainor

Fantastic experience: Since joining the gym group when it opened i have enjoyed coming. There is a good variety of equipment, it feels big and bright inside. It is clean and tidy. The staff are all friendly and approachable. Molly in particular has been amazing with pt coaching, she is knowledgeable, encouraging and helped me achieve my fitness goals. I enjoy my 1-1 sessions with Molly and would highly recommend Molly and the staff at the gym group.

Fantastic experience: Brilliant Gym very clean and most of all very inviting. All the staff are extremely helpful and always on hand to give good advice. Chris, Ryan and Alices's classes are great they are all very unique in their own way but each one is kind considerate and always interacts with each person in the class. And if you struggle with a certain exercise they will give you alternative which is great. I have no hesitation in recommending this gym to anyone. Keep up the good work guys. Positive experience: Place can be crowded at times ehich can be annoying it can also get extremely warm when doing cardio and other things especially when it’s packed it can get very hot but when it’s semi empty the place is great not super hot it’s pretty good for the price

Positive experience: Good equipment, sometimes seems over populated and difficult to get a machine,people can stay on a machine for awhile not using it and will talk or stay on their phone, little or no organisation with weights

Negative experience: The manager Ryan is a complete expletive. His attitude is horrendous. Today was yet another awful experience. I was very rudely told by him the he was “kicking me out” of the studio for a class. Why on earth is there not a sign pre-warning people it’s soon to be used. I cannot believe he is allowed to deal with the general public with his disgusting attitude. He needs to realise that the gym goers are paying his wage. Ryan seriously needs sacking and getting someone else in that can speak to people decently because he is vile.

Fantastic experience: I love this gym, here in Coventry as in Birmingham I have tried many, but my gym group has excellent services without exaggerating the price! it is near my house, it has every type of gym equipment possible and there is always someone from the staff ready to help you with any problem, an area where you can do lessons that remains empty, to be used especially for people who still feel unconfident and want to do gym in a corner away from other people's eyes. The bathrooms, like the entire gym, are super clean and equipped with water for those who need it. It has a wonderful location! close to many shops where you can shop (Aldi, Morrisons, Greggs etc...) and with nearby bus stops, refueling and car washing. I haven't tried the personal trainers because I haven't been well informed yet, but they really seem very kind and helpful. trust me this is the best gym (two very stained floors for no more than £20 a month open 24/7 it's A DREAM) I would recommend it to everyone

Negative experience: Be good if you had more than one punch bag; it'd help prevent your only one being taken up for an hour+ by some bloke just dancing with it.
