Fantastic experience: Family run gym, all of whom are friendly and welcoming. Lots of equipment to choose from and someone to help if you need to be shown how to use something or need some advice. Clean changing rooms with sauna as well. Glad to have a gym like this within walking distance of my house

Fantastic experience: I've been a member of quite a few gyms and this is by far the friendliest, cleanest and most comfortable gym I've ever joined. The staff are always there to help and are super friendly, the gym is always tidy and other members are nice too. Can't see me changing gyms again ☺️

Fantastic experience: Such a fantastic gym. Family run, friendly, welcoming and with extremely knowledgeable and helpful Trainers. Came here just over two months ago and I’ve not looked back. Membership is rolling so not tied into long contracts, with additional deals for couples and families. Last but not least they have every type of equipment you’d need and lots of it - free weights, machines, cardio and crossfit. Oh and single sex saunas. What’s not to love!!

Fantastic experience: The best by far. The atmosphere is great, especially for me, who is not English. All the staffs and even the gym members are very friendly..... Excellent devices, parking, sauna, good price, what could be better than these. Thank you to everyone and the management❤️

Fantastic experience: Best equipment out of any gym I've been to. Very friendly members and even friendlier staff. Been here for around a year and can confidently say I plan to be here for much longer. They have a vast selection of equipment to choose from regardless of what your training style is, whether that be bodybuilding, cardio, powerlifting, function training etc they have it all. I strongly recommend getting a membership for yourself.

Fantastic experience: When I move back to the UK here is the gym where I will be going back to great gym. Ray is a top guy loves a joke and always willing to help out people on there fitness journey. If I could give a 10star review one would.

Fantastic experience: One of the best gyms I've ever been to. They do great classes for all fitness levels and have a good range of equipment. Staff are so welcoming and always offer their expertise whenever you need it. This is a family run gym and I couldn't recommend it enough. The staff make you feel at home.

Fantastic experience: Great gym. Family owned so you see the same people all the time and they’re always happy to help. Just refurbished the women’s changing rooms and showers and they’re currently doing the men’s. Really nice gym with really nice people, what more can you ask for.

Fantastic experience: I've just joined after trialing the gym for a week and I'm really starting to feel at home here. The staff are all brilliant and they take time with you to show you the place and give you advice on what you can do during your workout. It's so much better than the cheap chains because you're welcomed in warmly by everyone and if you need help there's always someone about who is willing to give you their time. The equipment is great, there's a range of machines from basic stuff to more interesting ones like the summit and the assault bikes. There's loads of weights too and everyone in the gym is friendly which really helps when you're intimidated by using the free weights. As far as classes go there's a few to choose from. So far I've tried the spinning class, total body blitz and a soulbounce class and all three have been fun and have left me feeling like I've had a good workout. If you live nearby I'd definitely recommend this gym. Single visits are just £5 so if you're curious you can always just try it out first.

Fantastic experience: A very friendly family run gym where expertise is always at hand, lots of classes. It is used by the young and the old alike who all mix together easily.

Fantastic experience: The best gym in the area, well equipped for a heavy lifters or just someone who does general fitness. The staff is super experienced and nice, they treat you like family the minute you walk in the door. They have a variety of circuit training classes that adapt to any level you may be in.
