Positive experience: Lunch on a Monday, very quiet. Well equipped gym with free weights, running, rowing, stair climbing and much more.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely lovely gym. I've been to many gyms but this one takes the biscuit. Extremely clean, very welcoming and polite service. The gym is amazing and unique with the avengers theme. Staff are helpful and friendly. Definitely Recommend this gym for all ages. Thank u HEROES GYM.

Fantastic experience: This is by far the best gym in the area, great relaxed atmosphere. Something for everyone whether you are young, old, male or female. The Staff are never too busy to help out.

Fantastic experience: I am not a gym head/bunny (or whatever the term might be) but have been an inconsistently consistent gym goer for many years – and being inconsistent am often very self-conscious, so for me, getting to the door is the biggest hurdle, but once through the door of Heroes Gym those fears soon dissipate. You are warmly welcomed and put at ease immediately by the friendly and helpful staff. Nothing is too much trouble and help and advice is always on hand should you need it. The atmosphere is great, the equipment excellent – well maintained - and everything is always clean and tidy. I haven’t been to every gym in town but having found Heroes Gym there is no need to look anywhere else.

Fantastic experience: I just want to say a big Thankyou to this amazing gym without you this would not have been possible for me and also only being my second show. I have been using Heros since I went into a hard prep and the support they have given me is stuff you can not buy. The equipment is amazing and perfect for what I need. The environment is even better everyone is so friendly and supportive and I couldn’t ask for a better gym to be apart of. Would literally recommend to everyone ❤️

Fantastic experience: 10/10 gym, I use the 6 visit pass cards as I frequently come to visit family in the area. The gym is better than any in my home town so it’s always nice to be able to return randomly. The place is spotless, the staff are lovely and the equipment is top tier. There’s no doubt I’d have a full membership if I lived in the area permanently. A brilliant place to train.

Positive experience: Writing this from a strength athlete POV. Basic weight plates and bars and only one rack. I deadlifted on a powerbar which was very stiff but a good challenge. They have some farmers handles randomly. Decent gyn If you live nearby but not one I'd go out of my way to go to.

Fantastic experience: After joining the gym over a month ago, all I have is praise for this fantastic establishment. The personal trainers along with all the staff are super friendly and supportive. The array of equipment is great and spread over the two levels. Their shower and toilet facilities are very clean, they also offer a nice private sun bed, freshly prepared protein shakes (which are amazing) and overall I can’t recommend them enough. Joining this gym, was a great decision and sadly I’m now becoming an addict.

Fantastic experience: Having visited many gyms all in my time, Heroes gym has the best atmosphere. Its clean, friendly, and well equipped. The hammer strength equiptment is top quality and well maintained. Vern and Laura and all the staff are friendly and welcoming. Glad to be part of this place. Hope it will be open soon as miss this place like crazy.

Negative experience: I arrived at the gym for my first ever session there when I was approached by a scary looking member of staff and he told me "you're only allowed to speak Polish in this gym". When I politely replied "Sorry, I can't speak any Polish" he immediately started screaming "Kurwa" in my face. I was left confused, and slightly intimidated. But I shrugged it off and started my sets on squats, when the same member of staff stood behind me commenting on my bum, calling me a "peng ting". I finished my set and then left the studio in frustration, but I quickly used the toilet before leaving the building. I was greeted by a horrific smell of poo. They clearly don't clean their toilets. I can easily say that I had, and I make no exaggeration when saying this, the gym session from hell!

Negative experience: I came into the gym about to hit my 150kg bench press PR, and one of the staff members tried to touch me! Said I shouldn't be coming to the gym because I have a pony tail? The equipment is falling apart anyway, surprised I haven't been to A&E yet. They never clean the equipment and they definitely don't shower, it smells like Shrek's swamp. They just don't care!

Negative experience: Rude staff, kept staring at me when lifting heavy weights, probably because I could lift more than them. One member of staff made a snarky comment about me being a "fake Polish" because I wasn't bald and I didn't wear Lonsdale.

Fantastic experience: Visited alot of gym's in Spalding but heroes has exceeded my expectations. Great equipment, welcoming staff and very clean facilities.

Negative experience: Sorry you didn't like a one star and I appreciate time taken to respond back on this asking for reason or details. As can be seen this was a long time ago, 3 years now,, and I was definitely at Heroes Gym, Spalding. I only did the 5 or 6 visit pass card as was just starting out at gyms. The young man at reception at the time wasnt very helpful. I have very little gym equipment experience and was told that's the circuit and call if need help. A bit more enthusiasm would have been nice. I tried but couldn't understand most of the equipment. Oh I was also advised that an elderly lady was a member and I could always ask other members for help. One thing is I'm not body positive so no way asking for help from others. Parking was an absolute nightmare. Change rooms were cold and very basic at the time I would have joined as a full member but no encouragement is a huge down side in gyms for me. I'm sorry you didn't like a one star but based on the time and experience I received and felt it was what it is. I do believe things have since changed and hope others enjoy Heroes, but from my experience, at the time, it wasn't for me and not an enjoyable or motivated experience.

Fantastic experience: Very beautiful and well equipped gym for every age, sex, shape and size. The staff very friendly and helpful. Opening hours are adequate for the average gym goer. Though the parking spaces are limited in front of the gym, there is free parking in the area and safe also. I would recommend this gym to anyone planning to visit or join.

Fantastic experience: This gym offers a wide range of high quality equipment and also the Personal Trainers have a wide range of skills so there is a Personal Trainer for everyone for whatever their individual goals are. Very friendly staff and the gym welcomes everyone regardless of fitness level. They offer non contract payment options and also PT sessions should you need to get the guidance and advice you need to reach your potential. The attached photo is of myself having been using the treadmill and excercise bike.

Positive experience: Lots of good equipment and generally small waiting times, if any at all. Parking can be a nightmare though.
