Fantastic experience: I started going to ITS in January of 2023 after joined the waiting list for the crèche a few months prior. First of all without the crèche facility I wouldn’t have been able to return to the gym after the birth of my twins, I whole heartedly am so thankful to Caroline for providing this opportunity to women because exercise is so crucial for our physical fitness and mental health during the postpartum period. My children absolutely loved coming into the crèche they used to run up the stairs ❤️ The classes are the best ive ever taken part in & I’ve been a gym user for the last 13years I used to love the challenge and you never knew what Caroline had in store for you which I personally loved. My girls attend nursery full time now and it broke my heart to say goodbye to the ladies in the crèche my girls really loved them and had formed great relationships. I used to be able to drop them off and walk into the gym re assured that they were being looked after to a high standard. Thanks to everyone at ITS for mums who need to go to the gym this place is a life saver i highly recommend ☺️

Negative experience: I had high hopes for this gym, especially given its reputation as the only ladies gym in Bristol... Unfortunately, my experience has been nothing short of disappointing. Firstly, the gym is extremely overpriced for what it offers. The equipment selection is limited, and some of it very old and rusted. I frequently encountered out of order signs. The lack of maintenance is evident I'm sorry to say. The showers are another major let down. They're just merely curtains, which are embarrassingly see through and make for an uncomfortable experience. The gym hours are also inconvenient, it closes quite early on Saturdays and completely closed on Sundays, which does not align how the membership is just draining your bank account. Just taking advantage of how you have to stay with us for at least 3 months. Overall, this gym is highly overrated, and not worth the monthly cost. If you're looking for a quality fitness experience and get you're moneys worth, consider other options, gym with far better prices, facilities and more flexible hours. I don't recommend this place.
Dear Sophia, Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback regarding our gym, it goes without saying that we are sorry to hear that you felt disappointed with various aspects. I can assure you that all the staff who work here do our absolute best to create a welcoming, friendly and pleasant environment so that all our members have an enjoyable space to exercise. You mentioned some points we felt it would be helpful to give our point of view on. Pricing We try to keep our prices keen and competitive, we often get feedback from longstanding clients that we are good value for money. Our pricing is very upfront and transparent and anyone thinking of joining can see this on our website, we are always happy to explain the different membership options when a potential new member visits the gym to look around before deciding to join us. Equipment In terms of this being old and rusty, we are constantly reinvesting and purchasing new machines (we added some new cardio platforms, half human half air bikes this week) as often as we can, we are not aware of any rust issuses on our machines. Staff continuously clean machines so that they are safe and hygienic to use, and machines are repaired as soon as the next maintenance engineer is scheduled to visit. Our air conditioning system helps ensure that we don't have any damp conditions in the gym which could cause machines to rust. Shower curtains are transparent These are dark grey and were originally selected to use, as they weren't see-through. Opening hours As with our pricing, our hours are detailed on our website and often referenced on periodic Instagram posts. We close on a Sunday, as for decades we had been open on this day and this was one of the least utilised days based on our experience with classes and gym usage. Fantastic experience: Helping me reach my fitness goals, I have been a member of the gym for 8 months and have never felt stronger. I am a beginner to weights but the PTs who work here are excellent and very knowledgeable and work with all abilities: can recommend Lioness Lifting and Thrive PTs that work from this gym. Owner of the gym is usually always around, really nice person and runs great classes most days, runs a great Instagram of what the gym is like. Good range of cardio machines; bikes, treadmills, row and cross trainers and a big variety of weight lifting equipment and machines. I have never felt intimidated going to the gym here, the staff and gym peeps are all really friendly and I mean it when I say you become part of the community up there.

Positive experience: It's OK. More cons than pros. Pros: great concept of an all girl gym; good space for classes Cons: rude elder lady on the reception; dated rusty equipment; quite a few things are "out of order"; card transactions only accepted for £10+, even corner shop is £5 so feels like a money grab; getting cash each time for a day pass (£5) and a locker (£2) is very inconvenient; music is pretty hard to hear from various parts of the gym; fans aren't on and not in accessable place - not sure who can switch them on. Receptionist was quite rude, slow and not discrete at all. Clearly all the rules weren't explained to us at first, therefore she kept following and correcting us in an unprofessional and passive aggressive manner. We were very put off and left sooner than we would have liked to

Fantastic experience: Almost 40 years old and I have never been to the gym before… not even once I thought I would never enjoy it …but as the bits got floppy I have decided to do something about it and join. 2 months in and I am very glad that I did! It became a part of my daily routine now and I actually really enjoy the gym. It’s a very welcoming space and perfect place to clear your head after busy day at work. Plenty of equipment to use all kept in great condition and clean. The classes are fun. I really like the fact that it’s ladies only gym☺️ thank you

Fantastic experience: Amazing gym- please please open earlier and close later. I am a busy working mum and would love to attend the gym early in the morning like 6am but it’s not open that time . I believe your business will grow faster and I wouldn’t mind paying extra membership fee to have super early times.
