Fantastic experience: I ain't never been here

Fantastic experience: I am just about to complete a 3month food plan with Dynamix - I would highly recommend it. I've lost some weight, gained muscle and improved muscle quality which was my ultimate goal when starting this. And overall I just feel better. I used to suffer a lot with dizzy spells and lack of energy. Which have both improved. I have learned a lot about what foods are right for me and what foods aren't and importantly how much I need to eat. I am really pleased I started this and feel I am much healthier for it. I would definitely recommend to anyone who feels they need someone to guide them along the correct path. Cheers Dynamix

Fantastic experience: Joining the academy at Dynamix has been the best decision I have made for my fitness. Their trainers are great, personable and full of knowledge. The gym is incredibly well equipped and Kia and his team do an amazing job at accommodating individual needs in session's pushing you on.

Fantastic experience: Amazing gym, best one I have ever used. Highly recommend the academy. The benefit to all round physical and mental health was amazing!! I have to say one of the most sanitary, clean , safe gyms I've seen. Really enjoyed the team spirit , the guidance and the other members were so supportive , one of the only gyms I've walked in as the fat girl and come out feeling a million dollars with people probably half my size !! I never felt awquard or uncomfortable at all.

Positive experience: Facilities good, weird service though - basically got told off upon arrival for not reading any long email telling me to bring a towel. I can’t seem to reply to the response below - when I say I was ‘told off’ I’m referring to the manor in which I was dealt with by the staff, it just wasn’t that friendly in terms of service, especially compared to other gyms where you very much get welcomed in.

Fantastic experience: Having trained at most of the gyms in folkestone dynamix is by far my favourite. They have some great equipment there that really helps you achieve your goals, my personal favourite is the hack squat, and also the new handles for the lat pull-down are really good too. The best thing about here is the respectful gym culture that the owners have created where members are courteous to eachother by putting their weight away after use, and wiping down the machines for the next person to use. It's a happy place to train and meet like minded people that are all friendly to one another and help each other achieve great things. Females should also feel comfortable training here, although I can not speak for them, I have never notice anybody acting or behaving out of place towards ladies working out. Give this gym a go and you won't regret it, and if you need any help the staff are very helpful.

Fantastic experience: I joined Dynamix Academy just over 18 months ago and it's changed my life. An accident left me unfit and in constant pain having never properly reahabiltated. I'm now 10kg lighter and will be competing in the London Hyrox race this May with my fellow Academy members. It's not just the quality of coaching, which pushes you to achieve the best you can, or the first class equipment, but the community that Kai and Lynsey have built, and the mutual support is what keeps driving me forward and wanting to achieve more. Fantastic experience: If you are looking to join a gym to get results, you've found it. I joined the Acadamy six months ago and never thought I would get in the shape I have, within a short space of time. You're pushed to the max in the acadamy, far more than what you would achieve on your own in the gym. You are also supported through every aspect of the session by way of personal goals, nutrition and overall fitness and wellbeing. I'm looking forward to the next 6 months and beyond at this gym. Highly recommended, whatever your fitness goals are.

Fantastic experience: I have been a member since September 2022 and have had incredible results with fantastic help from all the staff. I have achieved more than I ever thought I could and have found a way to love fitness. The academy is a great vibe with lots of friendly people, who all encourage each other, and is great place to learn how to do exercises correctly and safely. Fantastic experience: I have been a member of Dynamix for a number of years now and feel it is still the best gym in the area. I have been a member of other gym locally previously and not one is anywhere near as clean, tidy and offers the same training experience. All weights are in the correct place all the time, this is achieved by the staff and owners keeping on top of all members ensuring each person is accountable for putting there weights back and tidying there training area. I have personally had direct contact with the owners to discuss various aspects of my training and they have always been more than helpful. As a business owner myself I felt it was the least I should do is comment seeing the hard work put in to maintain this training environment by the owners after the crazy review left previously. Fantastic experience: I have been a member of Dynamix since April 21 I joined the academy where I have learnt correct form and technique for various exercises and been encouraged to push myself to achieve things I didn’t think I could. I have also been part of some educational food plans which have been fantastic to understand how to fuel my body correctly and get the results I want. This is not your average gym as gives you so much more than just a place to workout. The gym well equipped but has also staff willing to help you. You do not get this type of service at other gyms.

Fantastic experience: Well equipped and spotlessly clean gym with highly knowledgeable staff. The Dynamix Academy has coaching which is second to None, meaning I can train harder knowing I’m doing it right and avoiding injury and always improving on my fitness levels and achieving my goals. Academy also provides a wealth of information on diet, fitness and mental attitude and a huge community spirit that keeps me motivated like no other gym I’ve known. I’m fitter, healthier and more confident. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Dynamix is an excellent gym with awesome staff. The owners really genuinely care about the gym and the progress of its members, and you can see that the second you walk in there. The gym is clean, stocked really well and you're never waiting to use anything. Also, if you're looking for something challenging and intense but that will show you insane results mentally and physically, try the Academy program you won't look back!

Fantastic experience: Simply the best! - I joined the Academy at Dynamix in April 21 and it has been transformational - fantastic facilities, great people, and the coaching and advice has been amazing - I have achieved so much thanks to them and I am in better shape than I was 20 years ago !

Fantastic experience: Dynamix is my favourite gym (although I don't go as often as I probably should)! The staff are really friendly, and the membership price is fair for what is included. The equipment is wiped down after each use and the whole gym is very clean and tidy. Highly recommend to anyone!

Fantastic experience: I've been going to this gym now since Christmas. All of the equipment is of a great quality, condition and is layed out really well. The PT's are all friendly, helpful and informative. The gym is never so busy you can't get on anything. This was a massive issue with other gyms I've been too. Great lighting and sound system too!

Fantastic experience: I joined their academy program and had an amazing experience. Superb tuition and great exercise programs. Everything was personalised. I did more than I could ever have imagined and had fun doing so. What was most incredible was that, through their specific, targeted training, they even managed to sort out a 10 year shoulder injury. I cannot recommend this program enough!

Fantastic experience: Joined in August 2019 and haven't looked back. Quite possibly the best thing to come out of lockdown. Classes now via internet but still very professional. Although its hard work there’s still laughs and good banter. Very motivated coaches and always give good advice( never let you get away with anything) Something to get up for and not get sluggish. Transforms your life.

Fantastic experience: I came into Dynamix Academy several months ago with various injuries, some still ongoing, but the extra care and attention that's been given to make sure I get the most of all the workouts and that I do it safely is wonderful. An amazing gym with an amazing team, I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Fantastic experience: I have been a member at Dynamix for a few years now and recently joined their Academy. I only joined this 10 weeks ago but the difference it has made has been amazing. I’ve lost weight and body fat. My strength and fitness has improved a lot. But most of all, my confidence has grown. This was the best decision I made was to join the Academy at Dynamix.

Fantastic experience: I am on the transformation academy and am seeing amazing results after only eight weeks. My fitness levels have really increased too. Kia makes sure we learn how to do the techniques correctly, after years of training, I finally understand how to squat properly for maximum effect. The groups are small and we are building good relationships as the same people are in the groups. It is absolutely recommended for absolute beginners and anyone who is out of shape and needs some help to start on the fitness trail. You find results quickly with the training and nutrition programme given as long as you stick to it, you won't fail!

Fantastic experience: I have been with Dynamix since Kia Krzyszka (the owner of the gym) first started the renovation around 2017. Since then the gym has transformed into a warm, hospitable and customer focused fitness area. It caters to those who are wanting to individually progress their fitness goals or improve with the guidance of a professional physical training instructor. Dynamix has also upgraded its floorplan by adding sauna/classes which are free for members to use. Being more than just a normal gym, Dynamix offers classes that are open to members of all ability, beginner or pro and, classes usually last around 40- 60 minutes. Additionally, you can keep up to track with your progress "live" with Dynamix "Myzone" app that tracks your efforts through its MEP which measure your heart rate and effort and gives you a total score (if you choose) of your workout. I personally do not use this, but I have seen many members who wholesomely compete with each other to get on the prestigious leaderboard that Dynamix awards handsomely through its "Member of the Month" treats. I highly recommend this gym if you want an environment where you can grow to your full potential. I usually wake up and get to the gym at 6 AM in the morning and everything is set up for use, the way in which this is done is still a surprise to me. With the additional health check that is free for members, Dynamix is focused on growing not only as a company but as a customer-focused and family-friendly company that will cater to your individual needs. Fantastic experience: As a fighter this gym has everything I need to improve my skills under 1 roof, punch bags, fitness equipment, power lifting stations, endurance machines and strength and conditioning items and to top it off a well kept clean airy sauna room for the end of a hard session TEAM KENNEDY

Fantastic experience: Clean, friendly & professional environment to train in! The staff are friendly, helpful & knowledgeable. On site supplement shop, that caters for all your needs. (Highly recommend the Amino Pump) Excellent diet/weight loss & nutrition plans. The equipment is constantly updated & kept in excellent condition. The only gym I've trained in that offers a Chromotherapy Sauna! Broad range of classes that caters for all! Highly recommend this gym, no other gym in the area comes close!!

Fantastic experience: I have been a member of this gym for a good while now and can wholeheartedly say it has everything you need. Not just free weights, state of the art machines, cadio suite, music, and a great atmosphere but also friendly knowledgeable staff who can taper your training to suit your goals and make them achievable. And the new addition of the "myzone" system gives you a visual real time analysis of your workout giving you the impetus to push yourself to the next level of fitness. Can't recommend this place highly enough.

Fantastic experience: Best gym I've ever trained at, not only is the equipment high quality and well looked after, the owners and staff are truly invested in seeing their members achieve the results they want. I've been a member of many gyms in the past, and only when I came to dynamix was I shown what I had been doing wrong the whole time, needless to say within a year of training here I went from 24stone to 18stone, which would not have happened anywhere I had trained before!
