Negative experience: The gym has absolutely fantastic equipment and by far the best in Cumbernauld. However, the customer service is atrocious. In late October they increased the price of a membership by £4.99 (a common theme within the gym) to which I emailed saying I wasn’t happy with the increase in price due to basic issues not being fixed- mainly some PTs leaving weights on machines and the leaking of the roof when it rains. I don’t think they were too happy with this, saying that I wasn’t unable to cancel due to my contract (which was yearly) which is fair enough I suppose. However, I was not happy at this as I felt pressured into paying the increase in price- in which my contract I entered into a cheaper rate. I contact the CBA to which they noted their Ts&Cs state you don’t have to agree to the increase in price mid-term, therefore it’s an ‘unfair contract’ and they helped me draft an email. Limitless’ response was absolutely ridiculous (see attached image) and whoever was dealing with it took the huff. Someone else I know also emailed about not being happy with the increase in price, to which they haven’t replied suggesting they’ve either taken the criticism to heart or they genuinely don’t care. Anyway, I’d recommend the gym without entering into a contract with them and just pay monthly to make sure you don’t get caught out with their unfair contact terms.

Fantastic experience: I attended here for an appointment with Caledonia Sports Clinic. I can highly recommended Jacquie to help with the aches and pains. Limitless Fitness does look a really good gym as well.

Positive experience: Got a day pass to check it out and really enjoyed it. Plenty of space and really liked the decor of the place, as another review said not really a lot of cardio equipment if that's what you are looking for but tons of weight machines, racks etc. I used a few machines like the leg curl that can also be used for leg extension by adjusting the settings which was really handy as it saves you using 2 different machines. Didn't see that it had its own designated parking area as it's in an industrial estate but got parked absolutely no problem still close to the entrance. The entrance is easy to get into as it just needs a QR code on the clubright app on your phone like a lot of other gyms.

Negative experience: Continued to take payment for 4 months after I’d cancelled and have now stopped replying to emails. Avoid

Fantastic experience: If you’re looking for a gym with friendly atmosphere, great equipment, and experienced PTs - this is place to go. Open 24/7, no judgment from people because everyone is actually focused on their training, great music and free parking. Highly recommended ⭐️

Fantastic experience: I've only been a member for a couple of years. Apart from the equipment I like the fact that it's open 24/7, approachable staff and the members are mostly down to earth. Highly recommend it if you're serious about getting into shape.

Positive experience: This place isn't like a "regular" gym, it's more geared towards bodybuilders. 1 bike, 2 treadmills and 2 stair machines (only 1 was working). The rest of the equipment was old school mechanical weights. I booked a day pass here, had never been before so once I gained entry (keypad) I looked for someone to speak to so I could ask a couple of questions. The guy on the desk was completely disinterested and tried to palm me off to someone in the gym. When it was clear that the other guy wasn't interested either he eventually spoke to us and gave me a 30 second tour. It's not a complaint but for a newbie, it wasn't the best starting experience. The place isn't that big and it soon feels a bit cramped. If I was you, get a day pass and see for yourself before you sign up for anything. After trying all the local gyms I've now signed up for puregym as it's a much more user friendly experience, cheaper with much more (and more modern) equipment
