Fantastic experience: I've assigned charlie as my masseuse as per high recommendations for soft tissues... Due to a nerve problem caused by a heart attack... The man has been working wonders on the problem... He's just part of a large caring team based down there...♥

Fantastic experience: Full service facility offering gym and scheduled classes with a pleasant cafe area run by Pierreponts of Goring. Classes provide a great range of activities from yoga, barre and pilates through to box fit, resistance and power training, easily arranged by a well sorted phone app. All staff knowledgable and professional in their fields, underpinned by Toby Garbett's considerable sports experience. Open, light and spacious, a great way to attain and improve fitness.

Fantastic experience: A big shout out to Sam who is the instructor for the pump and tone class. She gives clear informative instructions , motivates and encourages one to push themselves to optimise their fitness. highly recommend the class!!

Fantastic experience: The classes are really good value and run by really knowledgeable, hard-working and professional staff. Parking is easy and free, just pitch up and do your class. Not pretentious at all and the other class members are just really normal folk who want to just get fitter, stronger and have some fun along the way. Am happy to sit in the little cafe by myself waiting for the class...everyone is very friendly. The hot chocolate in the cafe is amazing! Highly recommend and very happy to support a local business. I don't really to the gym bit but if that is your thing, I'm sure you will find everything that you could possibly need!

Fantastic experience: TGgymandwellness is an amazing gym with something for everyone. The classes are brilliant, every instructor is kind, caring, super friendly and so professional. They truly care about each and every client and their fitness journey. The atmosphere is all inclusive with encouragement and reaching your own personal goals at the forefront. Toby and his team are doing an incredible job of providing a gym which is relaxed yet meets the needs of all your fitness and wellness wants. There are every kind of class from Pilates, yoga and barre to HIIT, Spin, Resistance, body conditioning and pump. There is something for everyone! Monthly goals and suggestions are prevalent and Toby and his team are always on hand to help and give advice. It is not only a great place for fitness but also as a community. All the members are super friendly and the Pierreponts cafe provides the best coffee, snacks, salads and baguette sandwiches in town! In every aspect it is a wonderful place to be! I highly recommend it for both physical and mental health! Such a find!

Fantastic experience: Toby has done a fantastic job with completely renovating/transforming this gym - the space is now beautiful and welcoming, with a cafe, beauty treatments, and sunbeds as well as the gym. It's also super convenient being just near Tescos :)
