Positive experience: Went in worth my brother. Decent size, Lots of equipment. Free car park. Only downside is there is no hand gel or equipment cleaning wipes after people have used the machines. It looked clean but all I saw was the 1 gym attendant chatting up female gym goer and later other staff sitting and chatting.

Fantastic experience: Best Gym in Wolverhampton, highly recommended! They have all equipments needed, all supplements and healthy meals

Fantastic experience: Last resort and do not regret it 1 bit. It has got everything you need from racks to barbells to dumbells. Don't forget it also has all the cardio you need for a gym. The team is amazing and did an excellent job guiding me in and showing me around. I 100% recommend this gym, my go-to if I was ever to visit Wolverhampton again. - Friendly environment and staff - Excellent service - It has everything you need in a gym Overall, 10/10 experience do recommend it to those who are looking for a gym to go to or even try it out to see if it will become your "Second Home!".

Fantastic experience: Friendly gym. I love attending the gym, I love the classes. The gym is always very clean. Ravi has made a huge positive impact on energie fitness, all the team are very approachable and welcoming.

Negative experience: Great gym and lovely staff, unfortunately I have decided to leave this gym along with many other members due to the new manager that has been hired. It is no longer a safe space to be considering this individual’s past. The new manager is vile and a disgrace to the community and I can only see this great gym going downhill becuase of it.

Negative experience: So disappointing to see what was once the best gym in Wolverhampton go downhill. Poor housekeeping, little or way of sanitising equipment, and the gradual and systematic loss of all the premium classes. Still have some great instructors, but that isn't enough for redemption. Very sad.

Fantastic experience: I have been using this gym for a while now and can honestly say it’s the best in Wolverhampton from my experience. A wide range of machines alongside dumbbells going up to 50kg. All the staff are friendly and willing to help. Special mention goes out to Jet who always welcomes anyone who joins with positive energy and is willing to help anyone on their fitness journey. A good place if you want to take your gym experience to the next level

Fantastic experience: Had an amazing experience with Jet. Earlier on was really struggling with how to engage my back muscles in certain exercises and have only just got comfortable to get back into the gym. Jet had managed to make this experience for me very comfortable and offered some great advice on how I can position my body to get the most out of exercises. If any of you guys are looking for personal training or just general advice about exercising and keeping fit, Jet is your man very kind and friendly PT.

Fantastic experience: Just did a HIIT class with Jet. Absolutely got me on the go and great circuit to work around. Definitely recommend!

Fantastic experience: I was nervous about joining the gym however everyone is so friendly and I now come 4-5 times a week, the classes run by Jet and little Joe are fab and I now enjoy exercising. :-)

Fantastic experience: The gym is excellent. It's great community and state of the art equipment truly give it that one step ahead of other gyms within the Wolverhampton area. Combined with it's spectacular team off staff who truly go the extra mile to make the gym a comfortable space. Specifically, I feel an immense amount of excitement and relief when working out on tuesdays. As the staff -(Jahmelia, Jet, Marcus)- are always free to help and support with certain aspects that you just may not be as confident with, or, even just for a lovely afternoon chat. The staff and its community truly make this gym.

Negative experience: Energie fitness was one of the worst gyms I’ve ever seen since may 2021 I first started training there it wasn’t the best due to the fact that it hasn’t got enough weights and plate loading equipment especially there wasn’t enough treadmills and the changing rooms were small I’ve left the gym and since June 2021 they start charging because of the amount of money they were taking from my account. Since last year February 2022 I gave my self a chance to work at energie fitness for work experience then gave me a 6 month kickstart program scheme it gave me experience on the journey to be a pt in other gyms which is good the downside within them 6 months of working at energie fitness was some good and most bad the only good thing was that I was delivering good customer service the most downside was I was mocked by certain staff mangers for missing courses using me as slave by cleaning the whole gym not allowing me to give tours being shouted at by members of staff not allowing me to talk to members and making jokes about me that is unacceptable after the 6 months September came I was horribly bullied by the new gm by insulting my favourite tv shows and also October halloween by forcing me to celebrate it whilst I was a Christian and insulting my religion and by the time November came the manager was about to sack me because I was given a last chance for not cleaning the gym which I was that time he was having a bad day means no excuse to treat a member of staff like that so I’ve left energie fitness last year November 2022 and cancelled my membership so I will never train or work there ever again that’s my story worst small gym/ not to mention the staff are unfriendly and they have the worst classes in Wolverhampton with unfriendly managers and it’s the worst gym in Wolverhampton and I advise everyone not to go there! Plus it doesn’t open 24hr which is bad plus the owner owed me money since I’ve left £100 he was supposed to owe me since March of this year and they insulted me by giving me £95 in coins which I find annoying also they never looked after me £95 In coins for me was a insult and treated me like I was homeless plus more staff left cause how bad it is and most members are leaving because of they kept taking more money from there account from they should which is a joke even foundries gyms better than this plus it’s falling apart so never visit that gym worst gym in the whole of Wolverhampton even bushbury and atlas’s gym is better!

Fantastic experience: I recently joined, and was a bit worried about feeling comfortable in the setting as I'm a big girl and hadn't worked out for a long time, but the call back and tour I had made me really feel at ease, all the staff I've spoken with have been so nice and professional. I attended my 1st work out class on Thurs and have just come back from another this morning, and I feel amazing! I have a bunch more classes booked and I'm looking forward to them so much! And can I just say that the Pilates class with Dee is brilliant!!

Fantastic experience: I joined Energie in the first week of opening in April 2021. I have been a member of several gyms throughout the years. This gym in particular has a great vibe which allows members to train effectively. Along with this, the staffs are always very helpful and friendly. The equipment, Cardio, Free weights, Machines etc. are top notch. The gym is also furnished with a studio and yard for various classes. The gym is fully air conditioned with private shower rooms. After 65+ visits it is always spotlessly clean. This gym feels as if it is my second home! My forever go to gym. 10/10

Fantastic experience: I've recently moved here from being with a previous gym for 3 years so I felt it really needed to "tick" the boxes for me. I LOVE this gym, it has a great vibe, its never too busy even at peak times, it's very clean and thr machines are spaced out very well. I manage to get on all the equipment I want to use with ease. The equipment is nee and maintained well. The womens changing rooms have large lockers, are very clean and the shower cubicles are spacious. They have a hair dryer and straightener so you could easily do a morning session and get ready for work with ease. The only thing they need is a full length mirror. For the price you pay, classes are included too so you can't really go wrong with going here. Definitely worth moving here.

Fantastic experience: First of all the staff are so friendly I've never been there without a morning Rose they are ready too help with any equipment your not sure on how too use the classes are absolutely brilliant and I've tried most of them you feel like you've had a great work if you can manage too keep I can't sometimes but there's modified version so anyone can participate the gym is super clean the staff are always wiping down the equipment so I highly recommend this gym there's plenty of car park space too

Fantastic experience: Friendly and really helpful staff. Had a problem when I signed up that took a while to sort but got done in the end. Decent machines that are kept in good condition. Staff rings when you haven't been in a while which is a nice touch. Would recommend.

Fantastic experience: I was given a courtesy guest pass and went along with my stepson for a chest, shoulders and triceps workout. It was great and I was surprised by the friendly atmosphere which isn't always present in gyms. The equipment is state of the art and enough for anybody from the bodybuilder to the housewife.

Fantastic experience: Took out the "WOW" Membership here and its a real bargain. The place is new so you as you would expect the equipment is immaculate but aside from the the layout and thought behind it is superb. We trained for the first time yesterday and it was awesome.....the staff are really welcoming too. Brilliant.......you need to give it a try!

Fantastic experience: Great new gym in wolves. All brand new equipment and super clean.The bikes and treadmills and everything else are really nice machines with connectivity. Not as big as puregym and others and not 24h but that's not a problem for me.

Fantastic experience: New gym, new equipment, lots of parking space. The facilities are excellent. Hopefully will be successful, hoping it won't become too busy, but that's from a selfish perspective. The instructors are friendly and knowledgeable. So far most excellent.
