Fantastic experience: Cannot recommend enough. Good value day pass as I was just staying in the area. Gym owner was super sound. The gym was very well kitted out. Everything you could possibly want in a gym plus some things I didn’t know I needed. Had a great workout. If I lived in the area, I would 110% make the effort to get there, such a great gym. Didn’t use the changing rooms so can’t comment on those. Would honestly vote 6 stars if I could.

Fantastic experience: We booked a few sessions whilst staying locally. Really easy to book in and friendly staff that sorted us out very quickly without fuss. Definitely visit again if we're ever back in the area

Fantastic experience: I've started training with Sasha after a few months out of the gym. She has been brilliant. Very patient but pushing me to get results which is what I need. Definitely recommend training with her!

Fantastic experience: Super-friendly gym, caters for everyone.

Negative experience: 0 stars. Used this gym three times as a guest during our stay in the local area. Gym staff were rude, uninviting and lacklustre in achieving any kind of results. Kit is good, atmosphere is poor. On the third and final time of training here we were told it was intimidating to other members that there was any form of grunting during training and it's "not that type of gym". Forgive me, but grunting whilst breathing and lifting heavy weights is part and parcel of the session unless you're breeding a flat atmosphere and not spurring people to train hard. Wouldn't revisit, wouldn't recommend. Edited to include response; my opinion isn't unjustied or unfair just because you don't like my view. Unfortunately, people grunt when training, it's not intimidating, it's just a realistic part of lifting heavy weights, and as for my reason for using the gym 3 times, it's the only place local for us to use, some people are dedicated to training hard, others cry over people grunting ‍♀️

Fantastic experience: People are really friendly and almost too much choice for equipment. Would recommend.

Negative experience: Email was sent 3 weeks ago requesting information on membership and to book an induction. No reply, so I phoned a few times. No answer. Edit. Have since received an email explaining why my email wasn't responded to, and I do understand that staff are not always available to answer the phone.

Fantastic experience: Love using this gym, as a newbie everyone has been great and have a programme personalised to me! Top equipment and a good place to workout.

Positive experience: Good gym, staff were very accommodating and friendly. 4 stars only because it’s a bit small and changing rooms/shower room isn’t the best as it’s small and not well lit

Fantastic experience: Visited for the week staying in Hayle and was so happy to find Aspire close by. Great gym and has everything you need whether you are a serious lifter, or more entry level. Great weight section for Olympic style lifting, machine selection and cardio machines. The gym does not get too busy and the staff have taken big precautionary steps to ensure Covid safe. Highly recommend
