Fantastic experience: If what you want from a gym is somewhere you can get your head down and chuck around some weights I would totally recommend. If you are a poser or expecting top of the range cv equipment probably not for you. You will freeze in winter and sweat in the summer. Best gym I’ve ever been a member of, great value, friendly staff. 100% recommend to anyone.

Fantastic experience: Today I saw a man lift 300kgs for two reps in Dead lift. That wasn't the impressive part. He tidied up after himself.

Fantastic experience: FCPC is a great place to train. There is a good choice of disciplines to study, whilst the facilities and coaches are excellent. The students are also friendly and like a family, helping each other to develop. I would highly recommend it.
