Fantastic experience: Little gym is an amazing place. The equipment is dynamic and the waiting area is a perfect mix for parents of soft seating and a toy area for waiting siblings. But the best thing about it is the passionate staff who not only care about gymnastics but want the best for the children in their care. They learn the children's names and get to know them. Both my children have been members here at various points and even 3 years after my son left to go to full time school, the staff still ask after him by name. Very impressive and clearly a great culture led by teacher Ned. Keep up the great work!

Fantastic experience: Our 2-year-old daughter had such fun at the Little Gym! The team is so friendly and supportive both in person and in e-mail communication, the class is amusingly structured, curious kids who like to discover their movement possibilities and broaden gross motor skills are having fun - our daughter felt involved from the very first moment. Fantastic experience: My son has loved his time at The Little Gym. We started going when he was just 4 months old and he's now toddling all over the place. The classes gave me the confidence to "play rough" with him in a safe and supportive way, as well as providing lots of education and exercises to help his development. He is growing into a confident, happy little boy, I'm sure in part thanks to the excellent classes and skills he learns at gym. Many thanks to the whole team, but especially to Marcia!

Negative experience: Unfortunately, we had a terrible experience with this organization. I would say: "Make sure you read the fine print", but this gives them a defense for their sneaky, outdated business practices. Staff were well aware of our departure date months in advance, but because we didn't fill out their specific online cancellation form a MONTH in advance, we were charged the monthly fee after we were already gone, which was over 200£. Operating a successful business for young families in 2024 means being able to cancel anytime, no questions asked. Trying to talk things through with management and reason with them left a terribly sour taste - Avoid if you can. They shouldn't be rewarded for using such underhanded terms and conditions.
Dear Carolyne I feel that reiterating the information sent to you prior to your departure is the most appropriate response: We hold member satisfaction in high regard. For clarification, we ask for one month notice and members can attend classes up to the end of their notice period. This is how we manage memberships as a small family-owned business. We ask members to give us one month’s notice for multiple things to happen: the administration surrounding a cancellation, to manage waitlists, spaces in classes and to make sure our staffing levels are correct for each class. When we spoke on the phone in November, prior to you becoming members, we detailed our T&Cs and in particular the cancellation policy. Our cancellation notice is also in the enquiry information as well as in the confirmation email sent to you upon enrolling. On the 5th of January, an email "Updated T&C's" was sent to all members and once again the notice period was reiterated. In addition, we do ask for members to inform us in writing (via email) when they would like to cancel their membership. This is to make sure there is a paper trail and also to avoid our team having to rely on remembering that someone has told them they would like to stop attending classes. On signing up for membership at The Little Gym we make sure that we provide all the details to allow families to make an informed decision before deciding to go ahead and enrol their children. Fantastic experience: The teachers and the personnel are amazing with the children and my daughter always enjoys attending the classes. I also really like the reception room where we can have a snack and stay for a little longer to play. Amazing job guys!

Fantastic experience: Went here for a children's birthday party. Clean, bright and well organised. Good range of gymnastics equipment and the children were guided in how to use it and had a great time. Adults can sit and watch behind a floor-to-celing glass wall - which was excellent as we felt part of the action whilst also being able to have a cup of tea and a chat unhindered by the whoops of delight from the children.

Fantastic experience: Both kids have loved spending time in classes here. Staff are friendly and very good with the kids, facilities for parents are great (seating with full view of the gym, drinks etc)
Negative experience: This is a review of the join process not about the place itself. The place does not offer a taster session or even pay a single time, the only option is a full month. When I ask why this, they mention is because I may want to leave if my little one does not enjoy the first section but that they are certified professionals and they know this is normal and kids will improve. With all respect, if I want to take my kid out of something that I do not like I should be entitled to do it, is my kid. I should not be forced to continue by paying before the full month. This is not moral to me. The second problem is that I got offered an assessment to figure out one of two groups for my kid, but when I arrived at the place they mention there were only places in one class, so I still can only join one group. All this was never mentioned on the phone. Finally, indeed it was mentioned to me that I was booking a viewing section but they said my kid could play in the reception area, the problem was that the reception area was full of people and it has just a few toys (most if not all taken), also my little one was not happy to play in a small place with a few toys seeing a huge area and many many more games and kids playing behind a cristal (maybe other 2 years old are more mature), so it was a frustrating situation for me. I hope they had invited me to see the place alone as the whole siutation with my kid I feel forced to join, I believe still was not their intention.

Fantastic experience: Great for children. They can burn some energy. Teachers every time prepare different theme for children. Kidos have many cool gymnastic activities.
Fantastic experience: We have been members of the Little Gym for two years now and I can say, hand on heart, it is such a great place for little ones' mental and physical development! The teachers are wonderful with the kids, so friendly and caring, always smiling and full of energy! Really recommend it!
Fantastic experience: We've been members of the gym for 6 years now, taking my girls to their classes most weeks since. Its a fantastic place for physical and mental development. All the staff are wonderful and the classes really engaging and fun. They have a fantastic system for making up classes too, meaning you never miss out for not being able to come in, be it illness or another engagement. Highly recommended for fun physical activity for kids.

Fantastic experience: Not having seen for grandchildren for nearly 2 years I wanted to see what they were doing. My granddaughter attends Little Gym. What a brilliant idea! They get to expand their social group. Use up their abundance of energy and have fun at the same time as well as experiencing real gym equipment like balance bars. They have to listen to instruction (mostly they do) and learn to take turns. Towards the end the instructor comes out to tell you about what specific activities they are learning e.g. walking backwards on the balance bar. Its extremely clean and there's a fenced area outside with picnic tables for waiting or eating your snack Parents can sit inside to watch and there are facilities to make yourself tea and coffee. Enough tables to sit at and a couple of confy sofas. As a Granny I was very impressed. ....and no I don't have any connection to them. I live in Spain
