Fantastic experience: Dropped into the gym last night after a few years away from Arbroath and can't recommend it enough. Great atmosphere, very friendly and no-one too busy to take the time to introduce themselves and lend a hand. The team really know what they're talking about: they haven't just done a quick PT course and think they know it all and they are genuinely excited to share that knowledge. Whatever level or whatever your goals, this is a great place to train.
