Fantastic experience: I spent my Christmas and New year in Coventry near Longford and signed up for a week. Proper old school gym helpful staff. I wish we would have this kind of gym down where I live. Keep up the good work.

Fantastic experience: Trained at this gym for a year or two now, Changing rooms are no thrills but it would be nicer for male showers to have curtains/doors. The kit is some of the best i have worked with and the dumbbells go up to 70kg. It’s on the pricey side of gyms being £27/32PM. Would recommended this gym to anyone new to the gym. Thanks

Fantastic experience: Best and most well equipped gym I ever have trained in after exactly 30 years of body building. I trained in capitol gym in 1992 under the when Les owned the gym that had beed an ice rink before that. Best regards to capitol gym and I hope les is still there and doing well. Well done.

Fantastic experience: I've been training at this gym for years, Such a lovely gym, friendly staff and members. Everyones always willing to help someone else out if needed, were like one big family! They have fantastic PTs that will get you the results your looking for. The equipment is always looked after by the staff and the owners are constantly updating the gym with new machines/equipment.
