Fantastic experience: Great little honest, non-glam gym. Has the essentials, just jog home for your shower.

Fantastic experience: An excellent and affordable gym, has everything that you need and they will offer you a free taster session to get going. I can highly recommend.

Negative experience: Enjoyed the gym initially however as a trans person was told I could only use the female changing room later i the day if I contacted them before going due to the kids using them later on in the day which deeply upset due to the implied connation from this, I was also overcharged £3 a month over my agreed rate, was promised this would be changed and sorted out and have just confirmed with the management company that no request to change has been requested.

Fantastic experience: Best gym I have ever joined. Lots of space, no one hogs the equipment and I get to use the free weights with lots of space for everyone! The choice of machines is varied along with a lot of free weights, side room for strength exercises and plenty of cardio machines! Great trainers on hand as well for classes or PT. such a friendly welcoming gym.

Fantastic experience: Best gym for miles. Plenty of classes from circuits, family fitclub, legs bums and tums to HIIT Metafit. Personal Training also offered all at a reasonable price. Sports massage also available.

Positive experience: Well equipped, but a little lacking in atmosphere, especially later in the evening. Update: Three years later and things have really improved, lots mo e equipment and great variety.
