Fantastic experience: My first visit there , so I've only seen the gym. My wellness app barcode , didn't work , but this appears to be an issue between the 2 companies. However the lady on reception was really patient and helpful and got me set up. The gym was very well equipped , not too busy and lots of natural light Pretty impressed

Fantastic experience: I want to express my heartfelt gratitude for helping my granddaughter after her accidental fall. She is fine. No further action was required after checking by a doctor. Your care and attention to safety precautions down to smallest details made her feel safe. Best team ever!

Negative experience: Something has happened at Moulton leisure centre recently. The staff are miserable. The staff turnover is huge. The cleanliness standards are appalling. The attention to detail is non-existent. Timekeeping is tardy. No one is helpful. Even their app and their website is not helpful if you want to leave feedback, which I've just tried to do before writing this. I should give it a swerve if I were you.

Negative experience: Avoid... I have had to cancely membership! I am a disabled member at this centre, unfortunately the equipment that I need to use and access are broken. They have been broken for weeks.. I have rang again today to be told still broken and will be for the next week at least.. I said about a refund as I can't use the facility due to this being broken. I practically got laughed at! Rude, unhelpful and constantly on disrepair.. disgusting.

Fantastic experience: The first time I came to Moulton Leisure Centre was at the beggining of the year. It is lovely, modern, clean and all the staff are friendly. I've only seen the swimming pools so can only comment on these. The main pool has a moving floor and there is a smaller warm teaching pool which is great for the baby swimming lessons, toddler swimming lessons and preschool swimming lessons that they offer. I would highly recommend. Thank you

Fantastic experience: Small but well equipped gym, clean, and attentive staff. Also attended some classes, including on the swimming pool and loved it. Good conditions and great staff are always available to help!

Negative experience: As filthy as ever! It is truly disgraceful how dirty the gym is! Why doesn't management from head office get themselves into Moulton Everyone Active and sort it out. Early morning staff look forever disgruntled with little or no interaction at all. Get a cleaning company in if your staff aren't supposed to do the cleaning!

Negative experience: Customer service is a joke at this place..

Fantastic experience: Good swimming pool. Enough parking places. It is not much crowded and you can book session via app. Very clean change room and showers. Swimming pool is under renovation now and is going to be even better soon.

Negative experience: Very poor customer service as everyone commonly agrees. Rude staff at the desks.

Fantastic experience: Friendly staff and awesome group exercise classes! Always enjoy exercising at Moulton Leisure Centre and would highly recommend it to everyone for a great workout experience.

Negative experience: Took my 8 year old to go swimming only to be told it wasn't on. I had checked online before we left and the timetable said it was on. I also rang but nobody answered. Staff couldn't care less that we were left disappointed and said 'the higher people deal with stuff like that'

Fantastic experience: Moulton Leisure Centre has a great range of classes which are challenging and social, the facilities are good and the vibe is unpretentious.

Positive experience: Very clean pool and a lovely temperature. We took our daughter for the first time at 2 months old and it was perfect for us. Reasonable pricing compared to what we are used to.

Fantastic experience: Great for swimming lessons. The teachers are awesome and very welcoming!

Negative experience: We have 2 kids attending swimming lessons for more than a year now but for the past almost 4 months every week there is a different trainer so whatever the progress is made on a previous session is not being captured and the new trainer put them back with noodles and boards even though they were able to swim without the support in the past sessions. There is no consistency and no opportunity for the kids the build some rapport with a regular trainer. Poor management. We will just wait another month or so and move them elsewhere.

Fantastic experience: My daughter has taken part in the crash course swimming lessons a few times during the school holidays over the past year. (Alongside her usual weekly swimming lesson that is excellent). The crash courses however and so fantastic I had to share! My daughter has really improved her swimming with these courses. She loves the teacher Jenny who is super encouraging and really works with the kids improving their skills. It’s just a great way for the kids to excel. We are really pleased with them. Her usual teacher is 1st class also - to be honest, they have all been wonderful. Thank you.

Negative experience: I was thinking of switching here as it's closest gym to home. I saw they had a "free day on us" promotion so it was a good chance to test it out. I like to use the gym and sauna so came on a Sunday morning when I would usually go to the gym. Turns out that if I wanted to use the sauna I'd have to pay £11 as it is not included in the promotion. I came to my normal place instead, I guess I'll stay here or go to a cheaper place to just use the gym. Addition: My daughter has swimming lessons here, the pool height device is often broken so it is deeper than they want it to be for the lessons. Don't expect any level of customer service from this place. I bought a swim suit and it was the wrong size, they shouldn't let me exchange it even though I bought it just one minute prior. The swimming lessons are good and Justin is good.

Positive experience: Great gym and swimming pool. PT sessions well worth the money. I think the App could do with some new content but I am sure in time this will be completed :)

Fantastic experience: We visited to get a tour of the place before signing up. Bo gave us a tour of the facilities. She was very polite the whole time and communicated very well. We called up a few times with extra questions and everyone has been very helpful so far.

Fantastic experience: This is a brilliant gym! I pay £160pm in London for the equivalent, highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: I have been to a few gyms in Northamptonshire and this is by far my favourite. All the gym equipment is in good order, I wouldn't say it is a really large gym but I have never struggled to get on the equipment that I want as it has been too busy. The staff are really also really helpful and friendly.

Positive experience: The pool is really cold for lessons. All the kids are shivering when they get out. A few times my daughter wouldnt get in because of the temperature. Daughter seems to progress quite well in her lessons, but the app isn't updated, has her attendance at 30% even though we rarely miss a lesson and there aren't many things singned off on her swimming progess. So it's hard to know how well she is really doing. The swimming teachers are nice though.

Negative experience: My grandson has been in the orange swim hats team since April. The progress report is completely useless, according to his has not achieved anything. The pool last year was closed for at least 5 times and was only credited three times. His attendance record is appalling, he goes every week but is not logged in as being there. No one wants to take responsibility, I am just past from one person to another. Seriously thinking of taking him somewhere else. I was going to ring and ask to speak to the manager, but after reading many reviews, no one answers the phone so pointless.

Fantastic experience: Moulton Leisure centre is a fantastic place to have a swimming pool party, the staff are so helpful and welcoming felt like a hotel experience. Would definitely recommend anyone to have a swimming pool party there.

Negative experience: This place is a joke. No one ever answer the phones. Communication to members is non existent causing wasted journeys when classes are cancelled. Apparently we should check their social media?! Not everyone has social media and if you cancel something then its on you to let people know. Staff just have constant poor excuses and when you complain you get insulted. Apparently you can’t send an email to members about classes being cancelled? What absolute rubbish. Electric parking spaces always have non electric cars in, again staff couldn’t care less.

Fantastic experience: I started aqua exercise on my own last night and very nervous, but the receptionist introduced me to a lovely group of ladies who made me feel very welcome and at ease, I ended up having such a lovely time and lots off giggles too...Thankyou everyone and to the instructor too, Justin, looking forward to next week

Positive experience: (Swim Lessons). Staff are lovely. Facilities are good. The only issue I have is the space - the changing rooms are SO small and there’s never enough room - people getting their children changed in the hallways, toilets, outside because the space just cannot cope with the amount of students. The issue is the same in the waiting foyer during lessons - about 15 chairs for 40/50 parents and a tiny window that everyone crowds around in an attempt to watch their child. They don’t seem to update their swim goals very often either - I know my daughter has done most of the things on there but according to the app she hasn’t. Swim teachers are lovely though and fab teachers - I’ll stay just for them.

Negative experience: Machines down for over 2 weeks! Some nice staff some jobs worths. Open early for swim club but not for gym users. Well one especially others ok

Positive experience: My experience with this place is a good one, not perfect, but for the price i pay monthly with spa included, I'm happy with the place. Sometimes, the jacuzzi is out of working, or the water in it has too much chlorine . The cleaning should be done better. The gym locker is small. You have a steam room, a sauna, three hot beds, some sheszlongs , a big jacuzzi and two showers with preset hot and cold water , 20 second per sessions. You have more showers in changing rooms. The place have a swimming pool with adjustable depth for various uses and classes. The gym is on a small side and can get too busy sometimes. Parking is great, lots of space, disabled space too .

Negative experience: Out of use swimming pool - this happens almost every month, often for prolonged periods of time, meaning that my daughter misses her swimming lessons and I cannot swim with her at the weekends. I have just received an email stating that the cost of swimming lessons will be increasing, although I feel this is incredibly insulting considering the circumstances. I was promised that my direct debits for my membership and my daughters would be reduced to compensate for downtime - this only my daughters has by £8 on two occasions. The swimming pool viewing area is abysmal, with a maximum of 6 adults able to watch the progress of their children in the lessons. The teachers themselves are great, however I feel that assessments could be completed on a more regular basis. My daughter can swim without a float, however for two months she was using a float in her lessons. This was rectified when I spoke to the staff, to their credit. I'm hoping to soon find another gym that has swim lesson availability for my daughter, then I shall be cancelling both memberships with Moulton Leisure Centre. If you're looking for a facility with a pool, avoid disappointment and find somewhere else. I really hope that I can come back in a few months with a positive update, although I'm very doubtful from my experience over the last 10 months.

Negative experience: Tried to phone 17 times over 3 days with no luck getting through. No chance to leave a voicemail either. No response from the enquiry form on the app.

Negative experience: Haven't used them yet. However if their customer service is anything to go by then it doesn't look promising. The main number always just rings and no one picks up. No voicemail either. Query sent via their Facebook page goes unanswered. For what they are charging, it's not budget rate, so I'd expect a far better front end customer service. Initial impressions are not good

Negative experience: The free weight section is very small and makes it often not possible to do planned programs. Membership has been cancelled for this reason

Positive experience: Just had a look around the facilities pretty impressive very high tec gym, love the fact the pool change's dept, has a spa look, forward to trying one of the many classes.

Negative experience: No issues with leisure centre/gym itself but electric parking spaces quite often occupied by non electric vehicles, which makes charging a bit of a lottery. Some signs up recently but often ignored. Loads of parking so that isn't a reason!! Could this be looked at please? Update: still an issue, visit today, all spaces taken up with non electric or plug in cars, signage ignored. Waste of time having these chargers here. Loads of other spaces in car park. If centre staff could occasionally check to deter this happening that would be good.

Positive experience: Following the refurb, the gym is lovely, although its been open less than a year I think and some of the equipment is starting to fail. It also feels like more staff should be visible. Never anyone on the entrance point to the gym. People aren't cleaning down equipment after use. Equipment range is good and I've never had to wait to get on anything.

Positive experience: It's ok. Not the best colour for a hall to play badminton but you might get used to it.... Badminton nets and posts need replacing. Can't comment on what it's like for other sports.....
