Fantastic experience: My daughter loves her parkour class - despite being the only girl. The instructors are fun and welcoming. The class is a great way to learn parkour in a safe environment.

Negative experience: How weird is the way they book the classes! Completely messy. Receptionists don't explain properly and ask to check everything online, even after you explain that they don't add any information online.

Fantastic experience: Went with my 2 granddaughter's and their mom. Lots of space .clean and welcoming. 2hrs of none stop fun. Great cost too.

Fantastic experience: Booked my son's parkour birthday party here . Would highly recommend TUF, the staff we're very helpful and friendly. They we're really good with the children also. Space was great for the boys.

Negative experience: I subscribed to Gym and they took £29.99 and in the same week they took £27.99 and I contacted them by email but there was no benefit and they dismissed me from Gym for the second week and I texted them but the same thing

Fantastic experience: Visited with my two year old fearless grandson today. Never knew about this place and so pleased to find it. It's even good for older Adults as the floor is springy and therefore low impact on joints. Brilliant place to release energy whilst having fun. Fantastic value for money

A real team feel throughout the cheerleading team, the older girls and boys encourage the younger ones on which helps their confidence a ton. Both the cheerleading, dance, gymnastics and parkour are so inclusive with excellent support systems and progression options.

Negative experience: Cancel pre booked clubs and don't offer refunds only to attend a club in week - the cancelled one was on a weekend. Administration team may need a bit more training and experience delivering in a customer focused business. The group leads work well and son loves it, can't fault activities or venue.
