Fantastic experience: 3rd Henley Brownies had a brilliant evening dragon boating at the centre. Despite being rather uncoordinated we made it down to the bridge and back! It was lovely for us all to be in one boat and work as a team. The girls had loads of fun and as a leader it was a fab experience too. A huge thanks to all involved there. I would highly recommend to other activity groups looking for something special to do.

Fantastic experience: I organised a two day paddle on the Thames and during contact with the Eyot Centre came across their camping facilities. The Centre was ideal for our Club paddle with a good sized camping field, hot showers, toilets, kitchen facilities and BBQ available. It is a fabulous location only a few minutes walk from the centre of Henley on Thames. Everyone that we met at the Centre was very helpful and friendly. We would definitely be happy to return.

Fantastic experience: Our club Easter camp booking at Eyot had to be deferred twice due to covid but this year 2022 we made it. Well worth waiting. Top location. Hall ideal for our social and good facilities including hot showers. Thanks to volunteer Cat, who welcomed us and explained facilities. We have been here before and we will be back. Thanks.

Fantastic experience: Recently visited The Eyot Centre with a group of other young people. It was a brilliant experience! I loved the water sports that included dragon boating, raft building and paddle boarding and am so looking forward to returning! The staff are so friendly and the facilities are lovely. Thank you!

Fantastic experience: We recently took 25 Cubs and a few parents Dragon Boating at Eyot on a Monday evening. The whole adventure went well and I have to say that the Eyot staff are excellent - flexible, accommodating and good fun! We shall be back. Tom Toy, Twyford Scouts

Fantastic experience: We stayed at the EYOT Centre as part of a Dads & Kids Camp on the 9th July weekend. There were about 30 of us in total. We had a great time outdoors, and on the Saturday we went out with Cat, James & Kim on the Dragonboats and SUPs. They were brilliant, well organised and the adults and kids felt safe and had a great time. Thoroughly recommend.

Fantastic experience: I've camped at The Eyot with a few canoe expedition groups. Nice grounds and easy launching. Access to facilities and a little shelter on the veranda. Good parking. I met a few more staff on my most recent visit and they were friendly and helpful. Will definitely be using again. EDIT: Used them again. I arranged an Outrigger Canoe Taster Session for members of my canoe club. Cat and James made us really welcome and gave us a true taste of outriggers by making us race against our fellow club members on the other boat. Great fun. Will be back next year for more.

Fantastic experience: Super friendly and capable bunch of people. My eldest did both bronze and silver D of E courses here and Kevin was so helpful. Lubna is a joy to work with and the instructors are professional, safety aware and great fun. Facilities are excellent from the range of water craft available to the impressive clubhouse / function rooms. Add the great location right by Henley bridge on the Thames and its well worth a visit!

Fantastic experience: All staff are very welcoming and friendly, especially the chair; just like family. This is a great place to be and I am looking forward to the Watersports festival.

Fantastic experience: Fantastic location for our Silver DofE camp - really helpful staff and close to several lovely routes for our DofE teams.

Fantastic experience: The centre offers fantastic facilities and river side access in the heart of Henley on Thames. Along with great spaces both outdoors and indoors, the centre has canoes, kayaks, bell boats, O1, OC1, V1, V3, V6 boats. There is an active Dragon Boat Racing team, canoe club and Duke of Edinburgh club.

Fantastic experience: The Eyot Centre is a great location and one of Henleys hidden gems. I contacted them to organise a group canoe session when training for an event a few years back - the service was fantastic with really knwlowledgeable staff putting safety at the forefront of the session. In addition their club house is the perfect location if you're looking for a place to hold an event; great sized room with snuggly underfloor heating, free parking on site, beautiful view of the river and outside space to use as well.

Positive experience: Good place to bring family. Or friends.

Fantastic experience: Great place with membership for Kayaking, Canoeing and Dragonboating. They also have DofE here. Indoor paddle specific gym is a bonus! Very low cost of membership for what you get.

Fantastic experience: This is where I learnt to paddle. I still help out at the club and go down each week for the regular Tuesday sessions. I would advise the canoe club (and other sections) to anyone who wants to paddle!
