Fantastic experience: Staff accommodated an improvement recommendation and the workout space (summer 24 I believe it changed) now has a better layout and new equipment as opposed to when I joined. Great value gym. Keep up the good work

Fantastic experience: I bought day pass here as I had a meeting in the area and couldn't find a gym locally. I was greeted with a wonderful reception from Darren, a staff member there who instantly put me at ease. The equipment is great and the gym is quiet and clean. Would recommend and would visit again!

Fantastic experience: Staff are amazing! Especially Darren! Went in to collect my member card, probably the most positive & motivating environment I’ve experienced for a gym, Darren was great, set up my card for me, checked if it’ll work at the door, gave me some tips and the encouragement from the staff is electric, they are all PT’s so you don’t feel stupid asking basic questions which you might think are stupid but you’re there to better improve yourself and the staff really do want to see you do it! Equipments always clean, there’s a sanitary station after you’re done with equipment, vending machines always full, water fountain is clean, there’s plenty of space for you to workout even during peak busy times, and if you’re like me who goes in at graveyard hours it’s even better! If you’re working in or around manor royal or gatwick and need a 24/7 gym - this should be your place! Thanks so much Darren & the rest of the team! :)

Fantastic experience: Lovely friendly gym, with excellent equipment

Fantastic experience: Just renewed my membership after around 2 years as I left when Covid was around. I worked out in my garage for a time then joined two other gyms. One was too small and one was too big. Back with Snap and really happy now. Renewing was so easy and Kizzy who was on shift made it a wonderful experience and made me feel really important. Previous to this I had been a member of this gym for quite a few years and it was the best move I have now made. Looking forward to getting back to my previous fitness.

Fantastic experience: Very nice gym, good equipment, open 24 hours and decent shower areas (the changing areas are unisex, but, you basically get your own little lockable change area although I think there were only 3 or 4 rooms and it could get clogged up with people quickly, there were hairdryers too. The workout areas are decent in size with 2 different racks of weights and pretty much every machine you can think of, including the abs crunch one. There's a room for yoga and similar style stuff and you can plug your phone (or possibly conenct via Bluetooth) into it for music. Parking for members only directly outside Astral towers, but, the entire surrounding area has multiple parking options Staff were knowledgeable and helpful

Fantastic experience: Have loved this gym from the minute I stepped in 4-5 years ago. I have been to many gyms but the atmosphere has never felt right and I've always dreaded going. With Snap, its a different story. Super motivating, friendly and it is such an inclusive place, no matter if you're just starting out or are a seasoned gym goer, everybody is so helpful and accommodating. There is a huge variety of equipment and it never gets overcrowded. 5* all around and if I could give it more stars, I would! Thanks to all the staff for making it a place I look forward to going to!

Fantastic experience: I've been to a few gyms before and it always felt like a chore but not at Snap! I love coming to the gym now, the staff are so friendly and welcoming and are always on hand if you need help with anything at all. I really enjoy the classes, especially Kizzy's stretching and lifting classes and Flick's boxfit class.

Fantastic experience: I joined Snap over a year ago, I wasn't confident and didn't really know what to do. I spoke with Kizzy regarding PT and after first conversation I knew she can help me with my goals. After few sessions she convinced me to join deadlift class, first girl in deadlift class. I wasn't confident but she was by my side and helped me with my first ever deadlift 35kgs. Now year later I can deadlift 80kgs not afraid of any equipment, training my all body with confidence and still having PT with Kizzy as it's my therapy. Amazing lady, highly recommended joining her classes, you can learn new things every time and she will always send a positive vibes, motivate you and make you smile. Thanks to Kizzy I met so many amazing people and I can call them my Snap family. Thank you Snap !!!

Fantastic experience: In April 2021 I decided it was time to make some changes. Since the start of the pandemic and working from home life had become even more sedentary, my mental health had plummeted and I felt so tired and unfit all the time, so I contacted Snap Fitness and spoke with Kizzy. From that first conversation on the phone I was made to feel comfortable and welcome, Kizzy's passion and enthusiasm is infectious! When I started at Snap my confidence was at an all time low, I had no idea what I was doing but knew I just wanted to move my body. Kizzy persuaded me to join her weightlifting classes, completely out of my comfort zone, and I loved it! Since then I've seen my fitness go from strength to strength. I'm now that person who loves being at the gym, who has gym friends and who is in the best shape of her life. Thank you Kizzy and everyone at Snap Fitness Crawley for changing my life! Excited to see where my fitness journey goes from here

Fantastic experience: The staff at snap are amazing, it is the most comfortable and welcome I have felt in a gym ever! Kizzy and her classes are amazing and so informative, and have helped me improve my training so much!! Fantastic experience: I had been going to the gym for years and didn’t feel comfortable until I joined snapfitness. Kizzy was my PT for a while and taught me so much ! Now I comfortably workout in the gym on a regular basis. The community there is also very friendly

Fantastic experience: Fab gym open 24/7 with free classes for members such as BoxFit, Deadlifts, Yoga etc. But what makes this place great is the PTs, shout out to Kizzy in particular! So, so, friendly, down to earth and knowledgeable. Kizzy’s classes are an absolute joy - she takes the fear out of lifting and fosters such a lovely environment. Flick runs great boxing sessions which are great fun and rapidly increase your fitness. Caz is also lovely and does Spin classes and is super experienced. Parking is free (via Astral Towers car park) but can be limited at busy times - just park in Aldi car park if that’s the case.

Fantastic experience: As a complete newby to the gym world I wanted to post a review on my experience at Snap. From the moment I spoke to Kim on the phone to the moment I walked in to have a tour, I felt like I had been taken under their wing. Kizzy's induction was so informative and confidence building!! Just wanted to say thank you so much ladies, I'm actually looking forward to coming to the gym now!!

Fantastic experience: Up this way for a training course, hotel gym was awful. This snap fitness is 10x better than my one down south. Look forward to training here for the rest of my stay

Fantastic experience: The free work area is huge if you prefer plyo or calisthenics (large array of machines too) and they have a skillmill, slam ball and bag perfect for boxing/fight training.

Fantastic experience: Perfect gym for a shift worker in the Manor Royal as it's 24hrs. Staff are nice and membership is cheap.

Positive experience: Small place, not a huge range of equipment. Only one set of each weight size, can be annoying when it's busy. Overpriced for what else is available in Crawley.

Negative experience: ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTED WITH THEIR SERVICE, I WENT IN TO CANCEL MY MEMBERSHP BECAUSE OF HEALTH ISSUES, I WAS ADVISED TO FREEZE IT FOR THREE MONTHS, END OF THREE MONTHS I CANCELLED MY MEMBERSHIP AS I WAS STILL NOT WELL. FOUR MONTHS DOWN THE LINE THEY WERE STILL TAKING MONEY OUT OF MY ACCOUNT AND MADE IT LOOK LIKE IT WAS MY FAULT. DAY LIGHT ROBBERY AND THE MANAGER KATY WAS NOT VERY HELPFUL AT ALL. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.
