Fantastic experience: Really good workout and training
Negative experience: Christia is an excellent teacher however it’s run rather militantly from the financial side. Their membership policies are strict and you can only cancel a month in advance. This tight grip on your finances also goes for the heavily branded merchandise that they make you buy, even if you have your own professional kit, otherwise they exclude you (however you still have to pay your membership) I’ve found that if you are looking for a relaxed place to train then this isn’t it.
Hi Grace, we are so sorry we weren't able to assist you any more with your requests to amend our membership policies, unfortunately without these in place Safari MMA would not be able to run at all, so it's something which we do have to keep consistant with for all members. We genuinely hope that you find the right place for you. We do hold a fund pot for students in financial difficulty which has been created by our loyal members wanting to help others on their journey, and also offer payment plans without any additional charges for anyone wanting to have more flexibility with payments. We do always recommend for every one to try multiple clubs to find the one that's right for them, your journey is unique to you and the right club is key in this. A true fighter never gives up, believe in yourself, you deserve it!
