Fantastic experience: Great gym with lovely people.

Fantastic experience: Fantastic gym with high-end equipment for weight training and cardio. Plus loads of extra kit (punch bags, battle ropes, ski machine) to keep things fun. Sauna also a big plus!! Definitely my favourite gym i've used over the years.

The gym does not tend to be too busy and the sauna is a great addition after a workout. Would highly recommend this gym.

Fantastic experience: By far the best gym in Reading. You may think is more expensive than others but totally worth it! You actually feel like going to the gym everyday New equipments, the space is always clean, a wide choice of classes and there is even a sauna! The real plus are the people who work there, always professional and kind. It is really pleasant to spend time at iST; everyone is friendly and talkative…almost like a big family!

The gym also takes feedback very seriously and are always improving and updating which is wonderful. If you’re looking to join a top class gym, this is definitely the one for you!

Fantastic experience: I joined on a whim beginning of 2023 after moving to Caversham without any prior connection to area. I couldn’t be happier to have joined, every single person that works there makes your experience a pleasure! It’s so difficult to stay active while working from home but the classes they offer got me excited to leave my house and walk to the gym. I am very sad to leave the area mainly because I have to leave Caversham Health Club!

Fantastic experience: Great experience! The health MOT was thorough, and the custom workout program is uniquely catered to me. The facilities and equipment are in great condition. The coffee machine is my favourite machine

Fantastic experience: I always had trouble committing to any of the fitness clubs before signing up to IST Club.. This club offers best experience.. the things I love about it -it’s always immaculate; cleanliness is unmatched and there is obvious signs that the owners does not hold back in investing in the club equipment, studios, and even in locker/shower rooms / Shampoo, etc.. all premium quality.. -both staff and members are great people, friendly.. each staff member knows every club member by name; know their preferences, training styles, injuries, etc.. -the classes are fun and always make you want to comeback for more; my favourites are boxing and Lift classes; great workouts so entertaining and engaging Of course all the above is enough reason to rate this club as 5 stars; however I wish there was a 7 star rating, because of an experience I had with Isaac last week.. I won’t go into specifics about my health condition; but what I can say is that Isaac spent 90+ minutes 1:1 session with me to rebuild my confidence to exercise with no reservations. This is because I had a health incident earlier this month which made me reluctant to do any type of high intensity training.. his concern and actions to help were very genuine.. I felt being with a close friend or close family during the session.. of course I was expecting to pay for a private lesson but he insisted not charge any money as he wanted me to feel I have unlimited support from the club specifically having had experienced the health incident (not related to the club and happened overseas) In a nutshell if you want a top quality fitness club, run by great people.. IST Club should be your first choice

Fantastic experience: The gym is good and the equipment and facilities are modern however, what i sets this place apart is the welcoming atmosphere and the classes! There is a wide range of classes and the coaches have a great ability to gauge your fitness level and and make small adaptations to ensure everyone gets a good workout within their limits while keeping it inclusive!

Fantastic experience: Caverhsam Health club has really changed my life. Aside from all the wonderful facilities and the fact that it’s such a stylish and aesthetically pleasing place to be. It really is a hub of the community, where I not only go to exercise, but to socialise too. It was a little intimidating to get back into exercise after covid, but the staff here made it so comfortable and welcoming for me. I’ve lost weight, my spirits are lifted each morning after my classes and I generally feel more motivated. They really are the most incredible team of instructors, they always modify exercises for my level and encourage me in a positive manner. I love it that there are young and old alike training alongside one an other. I cannot recommend the club highly enough!

Fantastic experience: There isn’t much else to say other than Caversham Health Club is probably the best all round health club in the UK. Having lived all over the world and been an avid fitness fanatic my whole life- with extremely high standards to boot- I can honestly say that I can’t fault CHC. From the level of meticulous customer service (every staff member knows every club member by name), to the remarkably high standards of the facilities and teachers, it makes exercising pure pleasure instead of a chore. I’ve often found health clubs in the UK quite grubby, however the standards of cleanliness here are just super. Finally, I’d like to say that the the club is extraordinary value for money, with all the little extras such as fresh coffee, fruit and snacks included in the membership, I really can’t fault it in any way. I’m just very thankful that little old Caverhsam has such an exquisite little gem like CHC. Thank you so much to the incredible team!!

Fantastic experience: Despite my questions ranging from pertinent to completely nonsensical and everything in between its all treated with the same care and respect as every other facet of Caversham Health Club By iST Fitness. The gym itself well equipped with everything you would require. All the staff and members are fantastic and a pleasure to talk to. Whether you're doing your own thing in the gym or joining one of the many classes on offer, there's something for everyone.

Fantastic experience: This is a fantastic gym with brilliant equipment and great people who work here. There is a really good atmosphere inside when working out and the exposed brick work inside the gym is a really nice touch. I have been a member here for 8 months and usually around this point, having had memberships with other gyms in the area, my motivation starts to drag. But not with this place. Keep up the good work Isaac and Team!

Fantastic experience: My partner and I have really enjoyed IST since joining in January 2022. As well as helping to reach our fitness goals it has been a big support to our wellness over the past few months. There is a great gym community and we really enjoy attending the daily classes. All the PTs regularly check in to ensure we are happy and getting the results we want from the gym and go the extra mile to get to know the gym members, and motivating along the way. Other high points include the cleanliness of the gym, the modern kit and the sauna! No hesitation in giving a 5 star rating!

Fantastic experience: This is the first gym I have been genuinely excited to work out in. Since the moment my partner and I joined we have loved every minute. It is so much more than a gym and has hugely contributed to our wellness over the past few months. It is spotlessly clean and has such a warm and friendly atmosphere. We have also met such lovely friends through the gym also. Isaac and Sophie are true professionals and just excellent at what they do. Lee is a top class trainer and he goes above and beyond to ensure we are happy and getting the results we want from the uniquely tailored programmes he provides. The classes are excellent and the one thing I love is they pay particular attention to injury prevention and also ensuring they are adapting workouts to all abilities. A true 5 star experience overall, you will not be disappointed!

Fantastic experience: Member since February, previously a member at Club CHF which has since closed, Caversham Health Club by iST Fitness has opened just next door. Best gym i’ve ever been a part of by a mile. Amazing teachers with a great schedule of classes - attentive, fun and motivating staff make a great effort at all times and a lovely community of members. Joining was my best decision in ages, a huge thanks and well done to the team.

Fantastic experience: A brand new boutique gym with all the bells and whistles and then some. There is a members lounge with free coffee and snacks, beautiful new bathrooms with rain head showers, GHD hair dryers and straighteners, automatic lockers and a sauna(almost ready to go). Not to mention amazing instructors and small classes that are designed for all abilities and welcome everyone. The club also does a full work up on your health and fitness and create a bespoke plan for you which is reviewed every 3 months. I have been attending gyms for almost 20 years now and have never found anything like this. Two thumbs up and 5 stars!

Fantastic experience: A fantastic new boutique gym with great equipment. Nice central Caversham location next to Waitrose and good private parking making it easy to access. Staff are really friendly, and the classes are excellent, especially the box club which was a great introduction to boxing for fitness with an experienced instructor. Good changing rooms and secure keyless lockers. Enjoyed my members free coffee as well! Would highly recommend getting down there before they run out of membership spaces.

Issac & Sophie have created an amazing space, modern but comfortable, inspiring and in no way intimadating. I'm no poster child... I still eat and drink way too much but if I can achieve good things in 6 months (the time between these pics) anyone can!!! Leg day for the next 6 months

There are plenty of great classes, all led by amazing instructors that push you to your limits in a unique blend of fun, intensity, and a bit of group pain! I highly recommend this gym.

A hidden gem - worth a look round to see what you're missing out on! Check out the technogym equipment you can connect to your phone, a spinning studio with stats displayed on the screen, excellent boxing gear, free tea/coffee and snacks. Plus, it is a local business!

Fantastic experience: I had my MOT on Saturday and my induction last night, and I was set a program for my individual body needs. Very professional, knowledgeable and experienced staff. It's modern, fresh and great value. Not like any other club I have been to.

Fantastic experience: What a difference a week makes! I've already lost 1kg. I joined last Friday and couldn't be happier. Within 30 seconds of walking through the door, I knew I'd like it. Wonderful building, space, equipment, amazing staff and a whole heap of classes to join. The personal touches of knowing your name, asking how you are, pushing you to achieve more and taking an interest in you personally are more than I could have asked for. I thought working out at home during lockdown gave me what I needed but boy I was wrong. I've got my mojo back for the first time in a few years.

Fantastic experience: I signed up to IST's 8 week transformation in October 2020, with the aim of losing some weight and getting fitter From the first meeting with Isaac and Sophie (socially distanced), I knew I'd made the right choice. Every session was different, catered to my preferred style of exercising, and with a well thought out, varied and simple diet plan, I hit my target (12kg lost) Both Isaac and Sophie are incredibly personable, Isaac has an infectious way of getting you to work harder, and enjoy it, whilst offering just the right amount of encouragement Sign up for one of their courses as soon as you can, it'll be one of the best decisions you make

Positive experience: The classes are excellent. All the instructors are top notch. The gym is OK and has a decent range of equipment. The part that needs some serious attention are the men's showers. They are disgusting and only one shower really works and most of the time it doesn't get very warm.
