Fantastic experience: Friendly clean women's only gym. Reasonable rates, a good selection of cardio and resistance machines, never too busy.

Fantastic experience: This is a gym for women of all ages and all abilities which is why I am still a member 14 years later feeling fitter and healthier. In that time the gym has gone through changes, all for the better. The changes include additional equipment and exercise classes so plenty to do and choose from. The staff are very friendly and the instructors very professional. I would highly recommend trying it out and I can guarantee you won't be disappointed.

Positive experience: Went for a free pole dancing taster class, the instructors were very welcoming and lovely. Great session and nice quiet gym.

Fantastic experience: Great Ladies Gym in local area where all are made welcome. Classes included in Membership fee & parking bays. Easy access by Bus & walking from surrounding Area(Broadwater).

Fantastic experience: I really enjoyed attending diamond gym. The staff were lovely and there was a wonderful sense of camaraderie amongst members. I had to cancel due to finances and the ladies were gracious enough to let me do it outright despite the contract. The only thing I will say is at busy times there may not be enough parking and the closing hours were hard to work into my full time schedule.

Fantastic experience: I love Diamond fitness, I have been attened with my Nan for support in getting fit, normally I give the gym up after a few weeks as I lose motivation BUT I love coming to Diamond everyday after work we have Even mastered the stairs. All the ladies are so kind and helpful. This gym has all the equipment and lots of different classes to attend.
