Negative experience: Emailed the gym to cancel my membership in November and Roy replied saying he would cancel it yet they have taken money every month since. Don't go to this gym they will steal your money at any given opportunity.

Fantastic experience: I can’t recommend kofit Guisborough enough! The most amazing gym with fantastic equipment and instructors. I must give Charlie a special shout out- never before have I come across a more motivational and inspiring instructor. Doesn’t matter how hard she works us, we still come away smiling. She is worth her weight in gold!

Fantastic experience: Great gym with plenty of equipment. Helpful staff. Good atmosphere. I love the music. especially when it's alternative, rock and metal which is great for weightlifting. Good showers too.

Fantastic experience: This is a great place to go and get fit. There's a good range of equipment which is being added to all the time, since joining I've concentrated on the classes offered. There's a range of different classes to suit everyone and all of the instructors are great and have their own way of teaching them but all are focused on getting the best out of all of the people who attend. At no time have I felt out of place as there's always people with a range of ability so you can just go at your own pace. I've been to many gym's over the years and cannot recommend KoFit highly enough, I'd say go and give it a go.... it's also excellent value for money in my opinion.

Fantastic experience: Started this gym in January wanting to get back into fitness & been local, I was a little nervous to walk in but I needn't have bothered as Danielle & Joe were there to greet me when I walked in, such friendly people. Tried a few different classes and loved them all so I can't wait for this journey to continue. Will definitely recommend the gym to family & friends.

Fantastic experience: A fantastic gym with supportive, professional and friendly staff. Love the classes, ALL of them! A lovely atmosphere - I never feel self conscious there and I often go on my own. Good value for money too & sauna is a bonus! Thank you Team Kofit !

Fantastic experience: I love this gym it is nice and large plenty of space and plenty of machines to work on, All the staff are very friendly and pleasant to chat to and are available if you need any help at any time.. I have met the owners of the gym and they are very nice people and very welcoming. Looking forward with my progress in the future.
