Fantastic experience: Wonderful gym, great equipment and really staff that are super friendly and helpful. I left pure gym for the Fit Club and haven’t looked back since!

Negative experience: If you have any sort of disability avoid this gym - unfortunately I’ve had serious issues with my back from an accident a year ago, currently seeing medical professionals etc - sent proof and documents and for someone who can be bedridden some days I was met with “we saw you on the camera” - I was on the treadmill for 30 mins walking as that’s all i could cope with until my back started to play up and left as instructed by my physiotherapist to do LIGHT exercise, it’s disgusting - I have the email thread to prove this also, Sophie needs discrimination training

Fantastic experience: Fit club has continued to improve its facilities / machines giving real value for money and a wide variety of options to sort all. The staff are lovely, particularly Lisa on reception who is always smiley, welcoming and offering a tough workout during her pump class.

This place is however the cleanest mainly due to the work of Rose who does a fantastic job of making sure all areas of the gym. class studios and other facilities are always looking their best. They have all the gym equipment that you will ever need and it’s always kept clean and tidy. The staff always acknowledge you when you walk in and give you a warm welcome especially Lisa Smith. I always stop and have a good chat with Lisa and can always rely on her to give me the best advice to improve my fitness. 100% recommend ❤️

Fantastic experience: I’ve been at the fit club for about 3 years now. It’s a fantastic gym with lots of equipment with a wide range of classes to choose from. The instructors are all supportive, encouraging & extremely knowledgeable. I participate in a lot of bodypump classes I’ve found these have helped a lot with my fitness & this is down to the instructors Lisa Smith, Laura Dangerfield & Phillip Jordan.

Fantastic experience: After my old gym closed during Covid, I became a member of the Fit Club in Redditch which has not only helped enhance my workouts by offering various classes but also made the idea of exercise, enjoyable again. A wealth of experienced instructors offer challenging but fun workouts. Lisa Smith who you'll see on reception and teaching pump, is always super friendly, helpful and encouraging. Thanks Fit Club!

Great PTs and instructors and also there is a lady who look after the gym from different angle her name is Rose who is always there in the morning to assist with any thing you need but also Rose keeps the gym clean and shiny!!! I'm very glad i am member there. Wouldn't go anywhere else!!

Fantastic experience: I'm a senior member of the Fit Club and think it is the best gym I have experienced in my time, I don't feel intimidated in any way, as it has a great friendly atmosphere. Rose the cleaning lady makes me feel very welcome, always friendly and helpful and goes above and beyond her cleaning duties, always happy to help in any way.

Fantastic experience: I joined fit club a couple of months ago after being a Pure gym member for 11 years and I’m absolutely delighted with it. There’s an extremely wide variety of machines I’ve never used before and plenty of space to use dumbbells and barbells. The long sled track and punch bags are very welcome additions to my workouts. I’d like to give a special mention to Rose. She’s a gem! The most welcoming, helpful and friendly face that you could ask for at 5am in the morning.

Fantastic experience: Love coming to the Fit club, there is lots of equipment and lots of different areas to work out. All staff are friendly and it had a good atmosphere. I appreciate that they open up at 5am and always greeted by Rose who does a fantastic job and always keeps the gym looks very clean. Fully recommend as there is something there for everyone.

Fantastic experience: After searching for a long while to find a new gym 12 months ago I came across fitclub and it has everything possible to offer from equipment to help and support and the hints and tips the staff members give you from behind the desk there all so helpful it’s such a welcoming gym compared to Anything else or anywhere else I never trained legs before I came here guilty but luke Skidmore one of the highly trained pt’s from behind the desk has been pushing me along nicely and always pushed me to do better and that’s also along side Tia from behind the desk too from her customer service skills to her motivation for you and everyone in the gym to do better she will help you with what ever you need but goes to show every gym need a a Luke and Tia

Fantastic experience: I 'm a member at The Fit Club Redditch more than half year, and it's amazing. The staff is nice and always helpful, the equipament is modern and performant but the most important is that you have plenty of space do to your workout.

Positive experience: After training here for around a year, I have moved onto Elite Fitness and decided to leave a review for this gym. I will say my standards have sky-rocketed after joining Elite (easily one of the best gyms in the Midlands) however I was pleased throughout the Fit club journey. They are an extremely attentive team who are constantly looking at improving and updating all their equipment. Having recently re-done the entire flooring, adding more body-building focused machines, introduced a whole new range of plates and bars as well as a whole new lifting area and multi rack with new benches, equipment is not an issue here. A great cardio selection with an athletic area for any crossfitters and a HIIT room complete with punch bags and more squat racks makes this gym equipment complete. Very friendly staff (apart from the owner Luke, who seems to be a very irritable man) and personal trainers who manage the front desk and small cafe very well. My only downside to this gym which eventually lead to my discontinued membership is the sheer business. Come 5pm, the gym is absolutely stacked full and often find the same members hogging the same cables and just re-adjusting for what seems for every single muscle group. The gym also seems to have been swarmed by teenagers on their phones, possibly moved from PureGym seeking something more, which makes it even harder to get on equipment. The gym hardly seems to ever turn on the aircon however if they do, it is not noticeable. All-in-all, a great well-rounded gym, perfect for intermediate gym users

Fantastic experience: I have been with the gym for 2 years and can say it is the best gym around. The equipment is well looked after, classes are great, and generally good atmosphere. It does get very busy after 5pm but that is with all gyms.

Fantastic experience: Best gym in Redditch. They really think about the user experience and upgrade equipment all year around. Recently added all new machines and flooring and painting. Looks abs feels dope. People are great too. No one interferes with your workout. Can have a peaceful hour or two

Fantastic experience: The Fit Club gym boasts state-of-the-art equipment, knowledgeable staff, a clean facility, varied workouts, personalized training, modern layout, motivating atmosphere, and diverse classes for a fulfilling fitness experience.There is a sauna in this gym too which make it unique than any other gym.

Everybody is welcoming and encouraging, the vibe is SO good, everybody is under one roof just trying to better themselves. As a 39 year old mum of 3 i dont feel out of place here at all. Clean gym, fantastic machinery and weights, loads of classes, brilliant staff and PTs. 10/10 from me.

Fantastic experience: The staff are so welcoming and friendly. They answered all my questions and she'd clarity in anything I was unsure of. The equipment is very high tech and certainly worth the annual subscription price! Especially Vs other gyms in the Redditch area. There was construction at the time I joined (July 2022) so this only means more investment in the gym and better facilities to use in the near future! Very happy I gave it a chance Vs PureGym!

Fantastic experience: The staff and facilities at Fit Club Redditch are second to none! Excellent space and friendly atmosphere, plus the sauna is 10/10 also! Would recommend to anyone looking to either start their fitness journey or switch gyms.
