Positive experience: Great gym good equipment. Loud music which boosts the atmosphere. The only thing that lets it down is the closing time of 9 o'clock otherwise would move from a 4.5 to a 5.

Fantastic experience: This gym has such a wide range of equipment, machines and accessories and the only thing it lacks (if I'm being very picky) are dumbbells ranging from 51-100kg, otherwise it has almost everything you could want (much more than any other gym) and there's too much to mention on here. They're adding more new equipment as we speak and really turning this small gym into such a premium place to workout. The staff and classes are good too, parking is limited though.

Fantastic experience: Moved to the area fairly recently and signed up. Decent equipment, great variety, very clean and welcoming and all at a very reasonable price. Tad too warm at times but that's my only fault.

Positive experience: Recently took full membership following a 6 week trial. Good facilities catering for a wide variety of training needs and really friendly helpful trainers.

Fantastic experience: Very good gym, miles better than PureGym, especially in terms of the atmosphere and customer service. Was also impressed with the free program they offer as part of the membership, well worth going. Equipment is always being cleaned and checked, really enjoying my time there and would recommend to anyone :)

Fantastic experience: Hi my name is David and I work with people with special needs and learning difficulties I have a young guy my age 37 who goes to the gym staff are extremely knowledgeable and well mannered He also enjoys going to the classes and he says it’s a good place to meet friendly people and they don’t judge him for having any disability Just one question sometimes he needs support as his confidence sometimes can be a little low do you allow support staff to come in for free as a carer or is there a charge As I feel that if the member of staff were to attend with him he would go more Kind regards David Support worker

Positive experience: I use this gym 5 days a week and love it. Great staff and great facilities.

Negative experience: Extremely rude and unhelpful staff and equipment that is never maintained or cleaned. New ownership should have invested in customer service training before some colourful murals. I've made the move to Pure Gym and won't be coming back. Edit 6/7/18 in response to owners response. I was a member of studio 360 for 2 years before writing this review, I am using a pseudonym for this review and others out of fear of reprisals from the staff. The owners response should tell you everything you need to know about the customer service on display here.

Fantastic experience: Excellent local - and privately owned - not a faceless/sterile chain - gym with excellent equipment and classes - where you're known and welcomed!

Fantastic experience: One of the best gyms ive been to staff are so friendly and helpful and have super knowledge. The classes are brilliant too. No ir doesnt have air conditioning but does have giant fans situated around all the walls and ive been in there in the hottest of days and it was very cool.

Negative experience: No air con. When doing the free weights you are blinded by the sun in the morning. Staff are not friendly. The manageress once chased after me for not swiping in, and proceeded to tell me off. The main gym area shares an area where classes are held, and if you happen to be down the gym when the classes are being done, then the music is so loud that even the decent music being played through you Beats Headphones will be drowned out. The Dumbbells are always all over the place, and it will take you just as long to find the right weights as to do your set..... The place is uber frustrating ... And if you ever ask for wifi access you will be told that the password has been changed and that no-one knows it lol

Fantastic experience: Lovely little tea room in there while you wait for the kids gym party to end.
