Fantastic experience: I’ve now been coming to the gym group for a month or so now and I’m really enjoying it. The staff and really friendly and helpful. I enjoy the classes that I do. They make you work which is what I love :). I’ll defienlty be staying at this gym :) good value for money too.

Fantastic experience: The best gym in town for an approachable no judgement atmosphere that's welcoming to all, with any level of past gym experience. With very helpful staff and the most incredible personal trainers. Always clean and with really good accommodations for disabled gym goers like myself, and have made amazing progress with the aid of a trainer at the gym for the last three years. The other people here mind their own business while training but you can feel comfortable approaching them for an inquiry about if they're using equipment or asking for a hand moving weights. And as a woman I have always felt comfortable here using the free weights or using the mats. I'd go nowhere else.

Fantastic experience: I really like the workouts in this gym, because they are quite fun and you realise that you are surrounded by people who understand how difficult it can be for you. It is easier for me to train in a team, so I would recommend this type of trainings!
Negative experience: Every session is ruined because the vending machines dont work properly, cant even buy a water bottle. It seems like it works, takes your money but then doesnt give you anything in return and “out of service” text appears on screen. Cancelling my membership today.

Negative experience: Vending machines charge you but dont give you the purchase. Its happened a few times this week. Wont be using them anymore for sure, and I also need my refund somehow.

Fantastic experience: Whilst I only went to see if I wanted to join, which I actually did, mainly because I was impressed with the member of staff who showed me around also there is plenty of equipment so you are unlikely to be waiting to use the equipment. Looking forward to starting my training
Fantastic experience: I’ve been working towards my fitness goals with the help of Ethan a PT at the gym over the last few months. If you are looking for a tailored fitness plan I would highly recommend. We have been focusing around conditioning training, core strength training and mobility exercises. During this time I have found a reduction in sports injuries and an increase in my general health and fitness.

Positive experience: It's 10.15pm and I thought I'd get past the crowds. Unfortunately there are still quite a few people and it's hard to get a regular exercise bench. /What does your app give me? I find out that at 5pm the gym is overcrowded, at 7pm and at 10pm the same. There is no way to work out with free weights at this gym at reasonable hours.

Negative experience: I go to this gym 4 times a week and constantly there’s no hand soap in the men’s changing rooms!! I brought this up with gym staff and no improvement has been made. It’s got to the point where I’m looking for other gyms to join, this is really just grim gym sometimes, nice working out when it’s quiet but better maintenance is definitely needed.

Negative experience: Disgusting gym. Male changing rooms and toilets stink and are often left without soap. Staff presence almost nonexistent during the peak hours in the evenings. The gym is full of school children (some even exercise in their school uniforms).

Fantastic experience: Always a great place to workout! ️ Modern and well maintained equipment, nice plans that fit the pocket and easy to get in and out with the app! What’s not to like here
Fantastic experience: 24 hour, great selection of working out apparatus, ALTHOUGH WOULD BE NICE IF COULD CATER FOR BOXERS, I.E PUNCH BAG NEEDED, I've gone here for almost a year now and it's a well thought out place, not much you could want for in a gym, unfortunately no spa I.E no sauna, no pool, no jacuzzi, Showers are a bit of a no go for me, They use the spray/mist heads which come out hot but by the time it hits your skin its cold... probably an effort to save water BUT decent sized changing facility, not been at a suitable time (I workout after 12am untill the early hours) so have to met any staff, cleaners are a couple of really nice guys, very friendly and never slacking, norris is my favourite, very pleasant and welcoming to start a conversation with, I always say hi and have a chat when I have the time and ALWAYS BUMP HIS FIST SAFE when I see him. Haven't had any dealings with pt's or any other staff, free parking, spot on security entrance/exit method, feels kind of space age haha, you would have to use it to understand, pin code entrance and exit, fair prices for what you are getting.
Positive experience: Good place and a warm atmosphere . Good place to spend your time while improving your fitness and building up your muscles . reasonable price and affordable cost , there are a lot of park slots where you can stop your car safely and securely. stuff is helpful and supportive.

Fantastic experience: I’m pretty nervous of big, what I thought ‘heartless’ gyms but recently met a new friend who’s enthusiasm combined with an understanding, compassionate, friendly member of the team (Karl) who put my nerves at ease. It’s all to play for .. I feel there really is support there, now I no longer feel the intimidation I had, based on previous experience. We got-this ;)

Fantastic experience: Been coming here since January 2020 and it was my first ever gym experience. I can’t fault it and even though I can’t compare to other gyms I’m not leaving ! Staff are great, especially Karl and Rachel!

Fantastic experience: Big gym with a good choice of equipment. Facilities clean, 2 hour free parking and really friendly and helpful staff (Chloe and Karl are great). I have multi gym access so is really useful when working away etc. Highly recommend.
