Welcome to Curves Newry, your fitness club featuring the 30-minute full body workout designed for women. The Curves workout combines Strength Training with cardio activity and stretching to create lean muscle, raise your metabolism, burn fat and tone your body. You’ll be exercising in a comfortable environment where women of all ages and fitness levels feel welcome.
Curves is the best location for you. It is a women-only fitness club, dedicated to providing you with a full body workout, our specially designed hydraulic equipment adjusts to every fitness level.
Visit Curves in Newry for a simple and effective workout circuit in only 30 minutes. All members are supported by a coach and you can workout anytime without schedule restrictions. Fantastic experience: It's a brilliant ladies gym. You can feel your muscles working. Also one feels totally safe. There is more than the minimum of the 2 metres required and the girls are always cleaning. Why not give it a try you will feel safe
