Negative experience: The owner bought goods/materials and refused to pay. He’s rude and irresponsible when dealing with him. He tells lies to bring others down and doesn’t take care of his gym. Unclean and very basic equipment. The staff like to watch and record you on the cameras

Positive experience: Great gym, lots of equipment and friendly staff. Don't expect any air conditioning in the summer though as it appears to mysteriously stop working as soon as it gets hot, but then I guess, it's fair enough for only £20 per month

Positive experience: Friendly place. A leg weight machine broke and it's not been replaced which is a shame. Would be good to have guidance on machines or posters with exercises to help. I can't afford a personal trainer so guidance would be good

Fantastic experience: Great place, very Covid safe. Lots of equipment and a friendly atmosphere, the staff are great, you won't find a better place to work out, especially for the price.

Negative experience: Being chased for mon payment due to breach of contract yet the website on the first page states contract free!! I've sent 3 emails asking to cancel none of which have supposedly been received!! Joke of a company and false advertising!

Negative experience: company didn't send any letters or contact me sent debt collections after me and issued late fees in the middle of a pandemic !!!! i will be reporting this disgusting behaviour as i asked someone to give me info to start my account up again and they took it on there own back to issue debt collectors after me without any warning the company are called DFC and had the cheek to issue 15 pound late fees even if i wanted to use the gym you couldn't as they have a booking system so i couldn't use the service that i so called asked for they are not sticking to the 2 meter rule in the gym as I've been told by many members

Fantastic experience: Great gym. For the money you get everything you need. Has a decent selection of resistance machines. Large selection of cardio machines. A big free weight section with dumbells going up to 60k. And a nice soft floor section for ab work. Kettlewell and so on. Staff are helpful and friendly. I go 5 days a week.
