Fantastic experience: Awesome gym, not the biggest but it has great facilities and everything you need. Plenty of squat racks, machines, cardio space and classes. Only recommendation would be to add a physio. Concierge staff take really good care of you - especially William on the front desk

Negative experience: Of all the Gyms in the group this the least customer friendly - the gym is not as well equipped as the others and has a city atttitude that is not particularly modern. The music is always supper brutal like gym box and always too loud - but it seems it’s more catering to what the staff like as opposed to the members. Having been to newer clubs this one is lacking.

Fantastic experience: I love this gym so much! Very happy with everything it offers, the staff is friendly and very helpful in the gym floor, the concierge are polite, friendly, and always willing to help you out, William in Moorgate has been so great, and the staff in the cafe too. 10/10

Negative experience: Been with this club for two years now and almost every other week the room was not heated for the hot vinyasa class. AC was full on. The teachers couldn't control the heating system in the room. We spoke with the concierge and they said there was nothing they can do. Very disappointing. *** The CS team below replied to this message asking me to follow up via email. My email was sent 3 days ago but unfortunately the team has not responded to my email at all. Ironically, I have received another email from the team informing me that my membership fee will be increased starting next Jan because of their "exceptional service", as stated in their email. I genuinely advise anyone who is considering to join Third Space to think twice before you make the decision. Not good value for your money.

Fantastic experience: I am so happy that I joined Third Space. It is truely a first class experience from the incredible facilities, classes, instructors and staff. I just joined Third Space on a multi-club membership and Moorgate is one of my favourite clubs; I can't recommend Third Space enough!

Negative experience: Despite having some of the shortest opening times of any gym chain in London - they make sure to badger you over the intercom 1 hour (!) before the gym closes reminding you they’re closing. And then continue to badger you over the intercom at 30 and 15 min intervals. For £3k a year membership fee. Give me a break.

Negative experience: Terrible terrible experience at this gym, I felt like I was compromising before even signing up to the gym: less than ideal bench racks, pullup bars, muscle up opportunities and no hack squat in what was supposed to be a high end gym. I still joined feeling like at least the rest was going to be good but my first session didn't feel good at all and I decided to cancel my membership immediatly. I expected the people at the reception to handle it quickly and make sure I wouldn't have to pay the whole month of october when I had just signed up for it in mid september but no, they asked me to go through an app and they couldn't do anything about that. This gym tries to give the impression it's a high end gym before you sign up but it's no better than your local much more affordable gym. I've had better service in gyms 5 times less expensive.

Fantastic experience: I have been a member now for 6 months and have really enjoyed it! I can't say a bad word about the club, everything is exceptional especially Corinne from concierge team, she very welcoming every time I come in.

Negative experience: I am a member of the club and I pay 215 gbp per month - it used to be great and I really enjoyed it but not anymore. The classes timetable was seriously reduced and there is no more yin yoga, less of sound bath and a very limited amount of hiit classes. I raised an official request querying why they reduced the number of classes - it has been 3 weeks since I raised it and received a case number - no one got back to me. This gym only wants your money but they don’t respect you as a customer and don’t reply to your requests. The manager who signed me up for the club ignores most of my emails since she enrolled me as a member. In addition in the last 6 months their app was down at least 20 times - every time for 3-7 days so that no one could book classes. There are some signs of tear and wear - absent water bottle pocket on one of treadmills for weeks; the water fountain was not working on the gym floor with classes for a week until I went to the reception to complain - they said they didn’t know !! There is no other good gym in the area but I am still researching better options.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely love this branch. It never gets overly busy unless you go exactly at 6 pm - great variety of equipment (+ so nice never having to think about things like bringing chalk, exercise bands, foam rollers etc), always super clean, and the staff at the front desk are incredibly friendly. The changing room is spacious and the sauna is great as well. They also keep adding new equipment which is really nice to see (yay new smith machine!) - now if they'd buy a plate loaded hip thrust machine and add mirrors in front of the second dumbbell area, that'd be the cherry on top :)

Negative experience: Was offered a month for free on signing, which happened to be NOT True. The sales manager called a bit later saying I had misheard or misunderstood... however I have it in writing from them. Really bad first impression. All of this with cheap pressure tactics based on exclusivity ( we'll put you in a waitlist if you don't sign up now.... we won't have spaces available. OK).

Fantastic experience: Third Space Moorgate is an incredible gym, that is managed and cared for by outstanding individuals who not only love their job, but have genuine respect and care for those whom use the space. It has become a regular highlight of my day to use this gym, additional from the wide range of clean equipment available, attributable to those who work there. Chris, Danyaal, Ash, Andrew and Elijah are incredibly empathetic, supportive and all round wonderful individuals whom impact on so many experiences of members at Moorgate. You can see the impact they’re able to make through even the smallest interactions and the level of customer care they provide is second to none. They become a cemented backbone of this space and are a valuable asset to the company. Mercedes, Corinne and Opra never fail in providing phenomenally magnificent advice, support and attention to anyone who has a question or needs advice. They are also incredibly empathetic and kind, something the members continuously appreciate! Everyone I bring to third space Moorgate always comment on how wonderful the staff are and how welcoming they are. It provides an atmosphere of support, motivation and admiration, all of which contribute to not only a successful workout but an enthusiasm to keep coming back (which is what we all strive for in our gym journeys). This is a complete testament to the work of Emerson; who leads by example and who also displays immeasurable professionalism, guidance and care across his team, the space, and the gym members. This space is more than a gym, it’s a family, and one (because of those mentioned above), I feel firmly involved with.

Fantastic experience: I've visited a few Third Space clubs, and I must say, the vibes and energy at Moorgate were unmatched. The concierge staff and managers created an amazing atmosphere that makes it all worth it. I always go to the hot yin yoga classes that was recommended by Mercedes, and it's improved my health tremendously and have been the highlight of my experience at Moorgate.

Positive experience: Good gym, though for the price I pay I'd expect heat protection spray at the beauty stations and a face wash in the showers

Negative experience: The actual gym facilities are excellent and the classes offered are extensive however did face a number of issues regarding payments (that finally got resolved weeks later) It is often overcrowded and difficult to book classes.

Negative experience: I was here on visit to london,for a month , i joined the club,for a month and after,that i will be going back to,the country , but even they are. Charging for next month , and i will be paying for a wastage as i will be not using the club , i think if a reason is believable they shouldnt charge , horrible experience with the club

The facility is top-notch, with state-of-the-art equipment and immaculately clean spaces. What truly sets this club apart is the expert trainers who go above and beyond to personalise workouts, provide guidance, and ensure progress. I couldn’t recommend it more!

Negative experience: I’ve recently left this gym having been a member for around a year. TL;DR - This gym is CRAMMED and that deters from a premium experience, I wouldn’t recommend. Pros - Equipment, changing rooms and classes are excellent. - The staff are very friendly and helpful. - The vibe, to me, isn’t elitist. Other gym goers are friendly and unpretentious. Though it’s premium so some are rather flash, which I don’t take issue with. Cons - Basic for a Third Space. I was a member at City and their Sauna is way bigger, they have a pool (this one does not) and there is a altitude training room. Moorgate does have a relaxation room but it’s very meh. - Price - it’s a expensive at around £200 per month. I’d find this hard to justify personally but most people here, I imagine, use a work benefit to fund the membrship. - DEALBREAKER - Busy! Ok, so this probably only applies to the times before and after work but most of the time I went I was unable to complete my crammed workout. Expect to line up awkwardly for a free bench, expect to not have access to the stretching matt, expect to miss out on a treadmill, expect to book a class two days in advance or miss out. I know this screams first world problems but it is unacceptable to spend £200+ per month on a gym and not get access to what you need for a basic gym session. Definitely avoid this Third Space location unless you are desperate.

Negative experience: After 6 years at TS it’s time to leave. They have just increased the rates again, but unfortunately the service has gone down. Classes are full and can’t be booked, yoga rooms don’t have enough blocks for a full class, gym is crowded, queues for mens showers most evenings. Sauna is tiny. Their booking app has been down or buggy for weeks now and nothing seems to be improving… The coaches are good, but it’s m too expensive for what it is. And every day I see new members being showed around while things aren’t fixed / improving.

Fantastic experience: Been a member for about a year at Moorgate and it always been great. Good equipment with some speciality bars, dumbbells up to 50kg and a fair few squat racks. Always super clean with excellent showers and changing facilities.

Fantastic experience: Best gym in London! I've been going to Third Space Moorgate for just over a year now and I can't recommend it enough. The facilities are great and they have all the equipment you need. I've really enjoyed all their classes – especially Speed Fiends and Sweat X with Ellie Lubin – and even have some funky ones like Sound Bath. If you're debating of whether or not to join, just do it!

Fantastic experience: Love this gym- Corinne at front desk always makes such an effort with everyone and it doesn’t go unnoticed. I was also recently really impressed as I asked a PT Andrei for some ad-hoc advice and he actually offered me a comp free hour to go through different movements I wanted some tips on. No pressure or expectation- just a really nice guy. The Sweat X class is my favourite- it’s like Barry’s but better. All of the trainers are brilliant and you’re guaranteed a solid sweat. Negative experience: Unfortunately now too busy. I have been coming for 18 months during which time the membership price has increased and membership size has increased exponentially. In the morning (7am - 9am) it is now impossible to use the equipment you need; not enough benches, gym track taken up with PT sessions so no sled, can’t get on a treadmill etc. Really disappointing as it is a great gym. At this price, you’d be better off going to a virgin active and getting to do the workout you want to do

Negative experience: For how much you pay the staff are rude, unlehpuful. Not something I would recommend to a friend. The nuffields in the area are deffo worth more for your money and their staff seemed to be trained in manners and respect. Plus the facilities aren't what you expect, they look good but there's not actually that much

Fantastic experience: Love Third Space. What makes the difference compared to other gyms is the great variety of classes (including 3 types of yoga, each in its hot and room-temperature version). I also love the cleanliness of the amenities and the friendliness of the concierge team! Very satisfied so far!

Positive experience: My favourite gym! Great facilities, staff are always super friendly and helpful, and the instructors are amazing. Particularly Ellie and Sarah! I would be keen to see Reformer Pilates classes added at Moorgate. And dry shampoo in the women’s change rooms would be nice!

Negative experience: Horrifyingly poor customer service. When you are paying £215 each month, it does seem quite ridiculous how it takes them 40 days to resolve a simple membership enquiry or simply to reply to my email. Funny how the average wait time for reply was within a day when they were selling me the membership. After 40 days of waiting + multiple visits to the concierge + multiple emails, they cancelled my membership by accident. Then I was asked to pay for the days that I couldn’t go to the gym due to the cancellation. Imogen, the customer service manager told me that “had I gone to the concierge, they could’ve easily called customer service to solve the issue”. However, if she had read my previous emails in those 40 days that took her to reply, she would see that I repeatedly mentioned visiting the concierge to follow up. Worse service than Puregym, where you pay £30.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been impressed with the facilities, quality of instructors, and overall experience. The front desk staff are usually super friendly and welcoming and have always helped me sort out any issues. Also, shoutout to the maintenance staff who work tirelessly to keep the place in good shape.

Positive experience: Nice overall facilities. Maybe not worth the premium price when machines are not clean (most people don’t clean after using them and there are no signs motivating people to do so) and it can get extremely crowded. Some gyms’ apps show occupancy, this would be a great feature and might help control the crowds. Found that each location has different amenities (private changing room, steam / sauna, pool, sanitary products, etc). It would be nice if there was more consistency in features across locations, if no, it should be reflected in membership price.

Fantastic experience: Top class gym. All of the classes are great quality, jiujitsu especially, Marek, Niko, Simone and Sercan are really knowledgeable and very supportive in training. Facilities are excellent, and everything is always spotlessly clean. The gym can get busy sometimes, but it's part and parcel of any business in this area. The concierge staff are excellent as well, always really welcoming, especially Oprah, Danyaal, Chris, and Jamaal. Thanks, guys!

Fantastic experience: 10/10 would recommend- worth the membership fees! The space and equipment are always immaculate, the staff are friendly and the classes and instructors are great. I particularly appreciate that they sanitise the equipment and studios after every class, and the deodorant and cotton buds/pads in the changing rooms are a nice touch!

Fantastic experience: I personally love the layout of the Moorgate club and the wide range of equipment they have available. The staff are very friendly and do an excellent job at ensuring the club is consistently clean and a great space to train.

Negative experience: Great gym, but total chaos between 5-8pm. Feels like a Pure Gym at those times. Be prepared to queue for equipment, floor space, even the sauna. For £240/month you would expect not to have to.

Fantastic experience: I've been at Third Space Moorgate a little over a year now. The classes are really excellent and lead by great instructors. For anyone looking for a PT, I can recommend Patrick May, who always keeps things fresh and challenging (maybe a bit too challenging). The gym does get very busy in peak times, but there's a lot of equipment available.

Negative experience: The locations, staff, facility and classes are amazing but members use sauna without having showers or even still in sweaty gym kits. This is quite unhygienic and the management is not taking any actions. I have requested numerous times to put a sign verbally and also by emails, but no one ever responded me including the club manager. Those bad mannered members ruin luxurious and relaxing space. You can get much better benefit from Sauna when your skin is clean. I hope they will put the sign one day or be more strict with club rules. It is still very nice gym though....

Fantastic experience: Couldn’t recommend this gym more - super clean, hygienic, and filled with state of the art equipment and classrooms. The instructors are all dependable and really push you to keep doing better - I also find I can always get into the classes I want / off the waitlist for most even during peak times (with the occasional exception) and that is the most important thing for me when trying to go to the gym before work. My personal favourite thing about the gym is the pink Himalayan salt sauna in the changing rooms.

Fantastic experience: I've been with Third Space Moorgate since they opened over a year ago and it has been great! I go for the various classes mostly and the instructors are top-notch. Over the past year there have been lots of improvement such as increasing shower pressure, adding additional classes and gym equipment..etc. I like how Third Space takes on feedbacks from its members and acts on it. I would highly recommend this gym to anyone who is interested.

Fantastic experience: Top-notch gym in the City!! Classes are amazing (from yin yoga to speed fiends, you really have everything), the yoga studio is beautiful and the place is always very clean and well maintained. It's not just a gym but a place where you can socialize, recover in the recovery room and have a nice shake. The staff is always super helpful and approachable.

Fantastic experience: Always kept clean - training area as well as changing room - and equipment is always in order and functional. The combat cage is super cool for practising and there is a variety of classes. Definitely a popular location too, because it is super crowded during “peak” hours (before 9, right after 5). Staff is generally courteous and friendly.

Fave classes; Metaburn, Lift and Kettlebells with Dylan, Clare’s Soundbath, Adam’s Metaburn and Kettlebells, Force with Andrew, WOD with Richard. Front of house are super friendly. Facilities are immaculate.

Fantastic experience: Impeccable gym, opening at 5.30 helps balance training/work/life. Clean facilities, I enjoy pretty much all Third Space gyms for different occasions but this is my regular. Thanks to Corinne for being a friendly smiling face as we are all dragging ourselves through the door in the mornings, shout to all the other staff are great as well.

Fantastic experience: I've been a member for several months now, intially sceptical about the pricing but as soon as I realised the value offered with different classes (jiu-jitsu, pilates, yoga, HIIT, etc...) I've been nothing but very happy that I have joined. I understand many will find the pricing too high and it I guess also the point because you are meant to come and enjoy your club. Many gyms rely on members never showing up and making it as difficult as possible to cancel your membership. This is not the case here, and there is always something for you to enjoy.

Fantastic experience: Have been attending the clubs yoga facilities for a few months and wanted to personally thank one of the coaches who goes above and beyond all expectations. I would say all instructors are good but Echo always goes above and beyond her role. She always brings a fun and playful class which makes yoga loads of fun but she is also the best at inversions. I would say she is the only coach who gives a lot of hands on assistance and will always push her students to achieve their best. If you want a fun playful hour try one of her vinyasas or rocket classes.

Positive experience: Pros: - Clean, new equipment, nice changing rooms, nice yoga studio, recovery area and combat arena Cons: - Gym floor is on the smaller side, not enough head clearance to properly do pull ups, no rig for callisthenics - no wet spa or pool, query when paying around £250 a month whether this is acceptable

Fantastic experience: Third Space is truly the very best in gym experience. This venue is a brand new gym, all the equipment is new. The HIIT studio is classic Third Space style, you will always get in the zone like no other studio, the banging music, dark room with atmospheric lights, you really get in the zone! Staff are great. Changing rooms are lush too. I truly love it here.

Fantastic experience: I LOVE this gym! The staff is so friendly, the classes are awesome and they provide a wide variety of workouts and available times. I found it best to go early in the morning (~5:45 /6am) before work as that is when it’s most empty so there is always space in the classes if I need to book last minute. My favorite are the running classes - “Speed Fiends”, “Sweat X”, and “Hyrox Run” are all killer workouts . The changing rooms are nice too with awesome hair tools!! Also the Berry Beast Smoothie at the cafe upstairs is absolutely insane - and now I’m trying to recreate it so I can make it at home I love it so much! I’ve just recently moved back to the States and I miss Third Space a lot as I have not found a good gym membership yet.

Fantastic experience: Have been going to this gym for a few months now and I’ve had a positive experience overall. The gym is clean and it has nice facilities like a sauna and a recovery room, the yoga/pilates studio is also a really nice space, very calm. I’ve been working with a personal trainer, Simone Agostini. He explains the exercises very clearly and is always checking whether you’re doing the exercises correctly so there’s no injury. He remembers your personal training goals and tailors the sessions accordingly. Negative experience: I’ve resigned as it’s way to busy. Impossible to get Mats or equipment so had to flex myself to use gym out of Peak off time. Last month I was charged £230 due to the T&A’s, even though I mentioned I’m unable to use this gym due to lack of Equipment and Gym popularity - At least offering the less busy site would be Great - I just wasted £230 for nothing and used gym two times in the last month. In General It was a nice space, nice staff and Gym was super clean - however expectations was to have a good time there, clear mind after work, complete routines etc etc. - With this gym ? Think twice or if you want drive yourself crazy thinking how long to wait for the space on the matts, then find different place cause CS won’t help you.

Fantastic experience: Had to come here to leave a review on my favourite place! Thirdspace Moorgate is the best gym by far, the facilities are amazing and it is always super clean. And I just wanted to thank the concierge team who always make me feel so welcomed, especially Elijah who has been there from the start! He is always willing to go above and beyond to make sure members have a good experience at the club. Danyaal always has the best energy and it rubs off on you, him and Elijah always make my day! Oprah, Corinne and Chris have always been so lovely and helpful. 5* service from them all! I would highly recommend Jay and Elijah from sales if you are looking to join the club, no one knows it better than them and they will give you the best tour and a great experience at the club! Even down to the Natural Fitness Food team, Tory and Lily make the best shakes! All of the PTs are so knowledgeable and training with them is always a great treat. Sim, Rory, Gemma, Andrei and Andrew are the best PTs you can get! The classes are so well thought out and there is a range so there is something suitable for everyone (all of the teachers are really good too). And a special shoutout to Babu from housekeeping! The gym is amazing but these people really make my experience at the gym, I have never felt so at home at a gym. Even if I have a bad workout I can always count on the team to make sure I leave with a smile on my face. Best team, best gym, I can’t say enough good things about it! Following on from this I would like to add how helpful Jamaal from concierge has been, and Dylan does amazing metaburn classes and Leon London does the best yoga classes here!

Fantastic experience: TSM is the best gym! The staff are 10/10 - the most friendly, helpful and fun people ever … Corrine Oprah Emerson Dan Jamaal Chris are the best! Great facilities, equipment and classes too. Jay on boxing & kickboxing is the best coach I’ve ever had, and has kept me coming here consistently for 1 yr now. Pablo is the best new addition boxing coach this year! So good. S/O to manager Trina for being the best acro yoga partner, hope the club does more of these classes! So fun

Fantastic experience: The team at Moorgate ( Corinne - the real MVP!) go out of their way to make each visit memorable, accommodating and just like ‘home’! It really is my favourite TS to visit and always starts my day off right. - Ibiza Classics with Mikey has to be in my top 10 all time fav spin class! - Lift with Kate on a Tuesday AM gives me life and is the perfect (and achievable) gateway in lifting - Yoga with Emily on Thursday AM never fails to put a smile on my face and a spring in my step Thanks gangs!

I explored some other Third Space gyms, including the Canary Wharf location when deciding to sign up and it was Sophie that made the difference.
