Fantastic experience: Best gym in the area! Super friendly staff who actually cares about you and your training. Well stocked pre and post workout supplements. Excellent range of equipment, cardio, machines and free weights area. Everyone is very welcoming and nothing is ever too much effort

Fantastic experience: Great Gym. Very friendly atmosphere and feels more like extended Family. Always looking to help you achieve your fitness goals. Personally I wouldn't bother looking elsewhere I've tried dozens of gyms and so glad I came across Sam and George. Do your body a massive favour and train at Mawfit.

Fantastic experience: I have been going to this gym for 23 years now . It's a great friendly gym, Now the new owners Mitch, Sam and George have invested money, time and lots of effort, its even better!. The gym now feels fresh and has a cool look and the staff as always have been here are friendly and helpful, they have made some nice changes and have some great new ideas in the pipeline. I would recommend this gym for all types of people thanks guys for doing a great job.
