Fantastic experience: It's a rough and ready gym. A sauna or steam room would be nice, but it's not why I go there. It has all the equipment I need. The staff are friendly and helpful. If you want to talk to people, then you can. If you want to be left alone. That's fine too. £20 a month or £3 a day.

Positive experience: I work away and use Atlas when i can (2/3 times a month) cheap, good/friendly staff with plenty of gear in there to use. Everything you need for solid work out.

Fantastic experience: Fantastic gym. The equipment is a mix of brand new and older stuff (nothing falling apart) but they certainly get the job done. The prices are great and the staff are friendly. The atmosphere is also super chill, people of all fitness levels workout together here. Longer hours would be great on weekends but in fairness, the prices are phenomenal and if that’s the cost of slightly shorter hours, so be it.

Fantastic experience: Good gym with everything you need, and simple membership plan’s. The plan’s come in handy when I’m only staying a short time in Middlesbrough.

Fantastic experience: Visiting from Ireland, Atlas and staff were very friendly, attentive and helpful. Equipment was top quality, clean, well maintained and well spaced. I was checked on regularly but non intrusive. A great experience. I will only be using Atlas gym on visiting England. 5*

And the people.are all treat with the upmost respect and the trainers know there stuff give it a go what have u got too lose apart from a few pounds in weight and my m8 oan who owns the place is 1 of the most down too earth people u could ever meet all off the money u pay in subs he ploughs straight back into the gym so there's a machine for every1e personally I love them all well worth the £20 a month fee love it ❤ x
