Fantastic experience: I attend the ladies only session and feel it is a great way to keep fit whilst learning new skills. The instructor Alannah is great at what she does and always makes us feel at ease. This is a great place to attend.

Fantastic experience: My boy attends the junior class 3 times a week, he really enjoys it, also helped with his listening skills. The team are amazing with the children- keeps the children focused and interested in the class- makes learning kickboxing fun

Fantastic experience: Great armosphere with dedicated passionate coaches. The classes are fun but you really get a sweat on. After watching my son for a few weeks I had a go myself and loved it. Everyone is friendly with ages from ranging from early teens to 40's, male and female. Great fun way to get fit and learn a new skill

Fantastic experience: Everything about this academy is fantastic. Great coaches and assistants with the ability to communicate and demonstrate kickboxing at all levels and to all age groups. Vast array of high quality equipment available for all to use... repeated classes throughout the week and weekend giving flexibility to all.. and a very happy, family atmosphere each and every time I attend. Perfect introduction into kickboxing

Fantastic experience: Really enjoying taking classes at Evolution. Everyone is so friendly, I was nervous to try out kickboxing but as soon as I arrived the guys that run it put me as ease they are so welcoming. It's a great work out but it's fun & because you are concentrating on techniques & diffrent combinations of movements you hardly notice that your getting a good work out. I can highly recommend .

Fantastic experience: Amazing place for kids to learn kickboxing in a fun friendly environment the coaches are all brilliant too my son and daughter have only been going for a few months and have already learned so much. The women’s only class is amazing too great for fitness weight loss and to learn the technique. All the women are very supportive and the coach Alannah is brilliant too.

Fantastic experience: I came across Evolution Kickboxing Academy advertised on Facebook and started my son in the Junior sessions. First time nerves were overcome very quickly as you are made to feel very welcome. Confidence issues were picked up by Luke before the end of the warm up session! Fantastic! The guys at Evolution really go out of there way to introduce themselves and get the best out of every member. My son came out really happy and looks forward to each session. I do believe Evolution will bring the best out of my son. Thank you all!
