Fantastic experience: Friendly and inclusive are not just words they put on there website they really are the gym ethos. Seen people from 8 to 80 using the gym. There are super fit people here but also lots of people who look like me really not fit and lots of wobbly bits.As a complete beginner they could not have been more helpful. The free training plan was also invaluable and at just the right level

Positive experience: It might not have the most updated equipment, which isn't much of a problem. However it has what you truly need in weights and cardio equipment. Free weights are essential and they have a well equipped arsenal. Really friendly & knowledgeable staff!!!!! Great prices for everyone. 3pm-6pm is the busiest times!.
