Negative experience: This gym is PERMANENTLY CLOSED as they didn’t pay their bills. They continue to charge people for memberships and on ClassPass

Negative experience: As of this moment the gym is closed! There are bailiff documents taped to the windows and the doors have been chained by the landlords to stop access. The gym is dead - but they are still taking direct debits and still taking memberships on their site despite being unable to offer one single service - they had to have know the bailiffs were coming but they took everyone’s membership anyway - so judge for yourself if you should join’ or not!

Negative experience: Looks like it’s been shut down permanently, has eviction notices on the front

Fantastic experience: Fantastic Gym!!

Positive experience: Have been going to this gym for a few years now and the staff is amazing, always polite and helpful but recently the gym has become insanely dirty. There’s a layer of dirt, hair and crumbs in the corners near the weights, the mattresses are peeling, there’s chewing gum in the cupholders of the treadmills (which is not their fault, people are gross but still should be cleaned).

Positive experience: Ok gym at best Cleanliness needs addressing urgently in the bathrooms and corners of the gym Lots of space in the gym and not overcrowded during peak periods.

Positive experience: it’s ideal place gym instructors are polite respectful and very helpful

Negative experience: This gym is terrible. I was a member of AF in Reading Woodley and that was a clean, well maintained gym. I know every AF is a franchise and separately owned but White City is awful. Nobody puts their weights back when they are done, squat racks are constantly loaded with weights of whoever was lazy enough to just walk off before you wanted to use it. There's not enough dumbbells for how many users there are. One set of 12-25 (which is easily the most frequently used) is ridiculous. Theres not enough adjustable benches, 3 for a whole gym is pathetic. The water machine is also always filthy, pictures attached. The staff don't seem to care and are either sat talking or locked away in the office, the clientele walk round like they're the best thing since sliced bread. If there was a better option closer I'd go there in heart beat

Positive experience: 80% of the lockers are broken. Feels unsafe leaving valuables in them when they’re not able to be locked. Weights often left all over the place with no staff monitoring or putting them back.

Fantastic experience: This is a great fitness center for legs. It has a lot of decent equipment. I'll be back.

Negative experience: By far worst branch off AF ever. Inise many due to nature of my work. Therebis mo morning ceaners , innopoose to other branches here ceaners start at 5am. In general gum lack of cleaning , washing facilities are not maintined showers rarely cleaned. Sop dispensers broken for months.. Newest addition is homeless person sleeping in the toilet block, draining hot water from taps so if you are morning person and like to head ro work after workout all fresh and clean be ready for ice cold shower, thts is in avarage every 2nd day. Gym floor again filthy in places . Weights are left all over the place like no one cares - that is partially on other members not following gym etiquette.. Management does not seem to care, or dies very little to adresss any of those issues . If you are up for rough ride , cold showers , homeless trespassers, and mess that is right place !

Fantastic experience: Staci is wonderful manager with fantastic people skills. A very welcome was received and the atmosphere in the gym was relaxed.

Positive experience: I go there because it is convenient, easy to use and quite cheap. But, unfortunately, cheap comes with a sacrifice.. they are lacking a deep clean. Water fountain is filthy. For someone who relies on it is a big deal. Some people hire a lot of space for private coaching just in the middle of gym, instead of a separate space that they have, its a bummer. But overall 4 stars, cause the stuff there is delightful and the crowd is nice. You feel safe there

Fantastic experience: Great little gym if you're looking for a heavy leg workout in particular. Dumbbells go up to 60kg. Day pass is £15 but can get guest session free. Take a padlock if you want a locker. Changing rooms, toilets and showers are single locked rooms but communal access. I went after 7pm and in morning and it was pretty quiet. Staff there until 8pm.

Fantastic experience: The staff are amazing - very welcoming and helpful. The vibes are always good. Staci has been extremely helpful, assisting me in furthering my knowledge of fitness.

Fantastic experience: I have been going to this gym for last 6 months. One of the best gym I have been so far. It is clean, most of the supporting machines you need for weight lifting and super helpful supporting staffs. It gets little busier in the evening, hence I plan my workouts for morning.

Positive experience: Been there once on a vacation. Was allowed to train for free on a first visit so that was very nice. Good equipment, sufficient for a light full-body workout or to maintain a workout routine away from your regular gym. Clientel on that day seemed a bit toxic. Quite a few chads who seemed to be more focused on making lots of noise by grunting and dropping weights exceptionally loudly to raise attention rather than focusing on a healthy and concentrated workout.

They adhered to government guidance thoroughly throughout the pandemic whilst keeping their customers happy and even checking on their wellbeing. I love the gym facilities and state of the art equipment. Staff member namely Yieusuf Miah is very client facing and displays excellent customer service skills at all times.

Fantastic experience: To add to this review; the gym staff member Staci is an absolute legend. Whenever Staci is in the gym, the vibe is amazing. He is the perfect example of a welcoming and kind person. He will make you feel at home! As an avid gym-goer for over 6 years, I have been to my fair share of different gyms (at least 20). Having been to so many, I’d like to think that I have some authority on what constitutes a good place to get fit. That being said, Anytime Fitness White City is by far one of the best, perhaps THE BEST gym that I have had the pleasure of being a member of. The equipment is high quality, with more than enough weight plates, and dumbbells that go up to 60kg, there’s hardly anything left to ask for. Of note, the hygiene standards in the gym are also impeccable and the bathrooms have an aroma I can only describe as what I imagine the garden of Eden smells like. The highlight of the gym however, is unquestionably the staff members. Given the aforementioned praise for the gym itself, that is a huge compliment and not to be understated. Without exception, all of the personal trainers at Anytime Fitness White City are respectful and friendly, making time spent at the gym invariably pleasant. I want to also give a special mention to Mr. Yieusuf Miah, who is one of the personal trainers at the gym that I have had the honour of acquainting during my time at the gym. His presence in the gym is undoubtedly indispensable and is one of the main reasons why I choose to train at Anytime Fitness White City. He works very hard, and always has a smile on, which is all too often taken for granted in commercial establishments such as gyms, given it really makes such a big difference to the vibe and atmosphere.

Fantastic experience: My fav gym, feel so comfortable training here. It's so open and spacious and I have my lil gym friends. Yieusuf said I train harder than the mandem and noticed I was training hard and it's really pushed me to keep training that way. Can see a big difference in my physique :)

Fantastic experience: Yieusuf was very helpful when I came to have a look at the gym. He showed me around the gym and made me feel very comfortable. I’ve been a member for 3 months and he’s been wonderful towards me since the first day. The sign up process was very easy. The gym is spacious with a lot of breathing room and there is a wide array of top quality equipment. All members are also very nice and all at different stages of their fitness journey.

Fantastic experience: To me this is one of the best gyms I’ve been too, staff are super friendly (Yousef, Archie & Sam), it’s one floor so it’s very convenient if you like doing HIIT (crossfit style training). Overall all the other members help support each other, if you need a spot or extra motivation. All the equipment is relatively new as it’s opened 2 weeks first lockdown & even on peak hours it’s not busy with only a few members here. Highly recommend joining.

Fantastic experience: Anytime fitness white city branch is a great gym, top of the line equipment, elite classes and members of staff. The team are always on board to help and do provide great tips and pointers when called upon. In my opinion, this gym is worth the sign up where you’re an athlete at any level, from advanced to novice. Special mention for Yieusuf, he cleans the gym often and makes sure it’s always in good shape for use.

I have to say the equipment that they have here is so beneficial and can vouch for anyone wanting to train any part of their body here. I am currently considering renewing my membership with this franchise as i am training more here than anywhere else. Ontop of that the staff member Yieusuf has helped me reach goals that i thought i will never get to even with my injuries, this includes going out of his way helping me on my form and even spotting me if required, i will always be greatful for this help as it means alot to me. Fantastic experience: I have been a member at Anytime Fitness since 2017 in Ladbroke Grove. The facilities there are good however, if you want to push yourself harder and get the best possible results. I would strongly recommend joining White City Anytime Fitness to. Fantastic experience: I’m extremely happy with ATF White City. Compared to other gyms the open plan layout makes it feel very spacious, well equipped and not crowded. Everything is brand new, clean and cared for and they have the top equipment that I have missed at other gyms like some of the best glute building machines. The management and staff pay attention to members needs and are extremely helpful, professional yet very friendly. They all have a fitness background so you always feel supported and offered help when you need it. I like to use the studio for my circuit and mobility training. And all the great machines I already mentioned. Love the layout of the gym. ATF White City has become my happy place and I love coming to this gym as I feel at home from the moment I get in. The other members are very respectful and friendly I have made some good friends and training buddies.

I've waited a long time for a gym like this and Ben has said it's only the beginning and things will only get bigger and badder in good time.
